«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մայիսի 17–ին ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանին հանձնարարել էր բողոքի ու անհնազանդության ակցիաների ժամանակ քաղաքացիներին պատկանող ջարդված և վնասված ավտոմեքենաների հարցերն ուսումնասիրել, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի բողոքի ակցիաների ժամանակ տուժածների խնդիրներին լուծում տալ: Լուրից ոգևորված՝ մարդիկ արդեն մեկ ու կես ամիս է սպասում են, թե երբ են իրենց հիշելու ու այդ հարցերով զբաղվելու, բայց որքան երևում է, ոչ շոգը, ոչ էլ երկրում տեղի ունեցող թեժ գործընթացները «թույլ» չեն տալիս տուժած վարորդների գործով զբաղվել:

«Փաստ»–ը փորձեց Ոստիկանության լրատվական ծառայությունից այդ մասին պարզաբանում ստանալ: Եվ մինչ կստանանք մեր գրավոր հարցման պատասխանը, նշենք, որ հարցն այս ամառվա նման թեժ է, քանի որ առնչվում է մի քանի հանգամանքի: «Փաստ»–ին ահազանգած քաղաքացիներն ասում էին, որ իրենք տաքսի ծառայությունների հետ են համագործակցում, և ինչքան հարցը ձգձգվում է, այնքան ավելի է լարվում իրենց սոցիալական վիճակը: Խնդիրն այն է, որ տաքսի ծառայությունները չեն ցանկանում վնասված մեքենայով սպասարկում իրականացնել: Ուղևորների սպասարկումը կազմակերպողների տեսանկյունից, իհարկե, նորմալ պահանջ է, քանի որ պատշաճ չէ զբոսաշրջային այս սեզոնին վնասված մեքենաներով զբոսաշրջիկներին Սևան–Գառնի–Գեղարդ տանելը: 

Ուստի իրենք հաստատ իրավունք ունեն վարորդներից պահանջել, որ կա՛մ վերանորոգած մեքենայով ծառայություն իրականացնեն, կա՛մ դադարեցնեն իրենց ընկերության հետ համագործակցությունը: 

Այստեղ հարց է ծագում, թե ինչպես վարվի այն մարդը, ով թավշյա հեղափոխության օրերին հավատացել է Փաշինյանի խոսքերին, որ վնասված մեքենաների հարցերն իրենք կլուծեն: Եվ մի կողմ թողած օրվա հոգսը, նույն այդ վնասված մեքենայով շարունակել է փողոցներ փակել, աջակցել ակցիաների իրականցմանը, բայց այսօր, երբ եկել է փոխհատուցման պահը, ստացվում է, որ իր կամքից անկախ պատճառներով՝ ստիպված է պարտքի տակ ընկնել: Կա՛մ բանկից բավականին գումար պետք է վերցնի, ընկնի տոկոսների տակ և վերանորոգի սեփական մեքենան, կամ հրաժարվի աշխատանքից: Ու քանի որ համատարած այս թալանի պայմաններում բոլորն էլ մի տանից չեն, բայց նույն անփողության պատճառով են «տառապում», բնական է, որ ինչպես շատերը, այնպես էլ նրանք կողք դրած գումար չունեն, որ մեքենաների ծռմռված մասերը վերանորոգեն:

Հիմա հարց՝ ի՞նչ անեն մարդիկ, սոված նստեն ու շարունակեն հավատա՞լ, որ իրենց հարցն էլ մի օր կլուծվի, թե՞ կառավարության մոտ մի միտինգ էլ նրանք հրավիրեն: Ավելի սոլիդ չէ՞ր լինի, որ վարչապետի հանձնարարականն օպերատիվ կերպով իրականացվեր, ոչ թե ականջի հետև գցվեր, որովհետև, մեր տեղեկություններով, պետավտոտեսչություններ դիմած վարորդներին թեև աշխատակիցները բավականին բարյացակամ են դիմավորում, բայց մինչ այս պահը ձեռնունայն էլ ճանապարհում՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ վերևից դեռ նման հանձնարարական չունեն: Հիմա ի՞նչ անի մարդը՝ հավատա ու սպասի՞, թե՞ սկսի գոռալ ու ծամել սեփական լեզուն:
