Քանի՞ խորհրդական ու օգնական կարող է ունենալ վարչապետը. «Փաստ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ըստ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի հաստիքացուցակի, նախատեսված է վարչապետի՝ մինչև 7–ական օգնական և խորհրդական: Բայց նշված թիվը չի վերաբերում հասարակական հիմունքներով խորհրդականներին: Քանի որ իրենք չեն վարձատրվում, նրանց թիվը ներառված չէ հաստիքացուցակի մեջ: Սահմանված թիվ չկա, թե վարչապետը հասարակական հիմունքներով քանի խորհրդական կարող է ունենալ: «Փաստ»–ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Սարգիս Խանդանյանը:
«Այս թիվը ոչ թե առկա օգնականների, այլ հաստիքների թիվն է: Օգնականները ժամանակի ընթացքում համալրվում են: Իսկ փոխվարչապետներից յուրաքանչյուրն ունի իր գրասենյակը, և գրասենյակների աշխատակիցների ֆիքսված հաստիքների քանակ կա: Այդ հաստիքների մեջ արդեն փոխվարչապետներն իրենք են որոշում, թե քանի խորհրդական, քանի օգնական նշանակեն: Օրինակ` առաջին փոխվարչապետ Արարատ Միրզոյանի գրասենյակն ունի 19 հաստիք, մյուս փոխվարչապետերի գրասենյակները` 15– ական հաստիքներ»,–ասաց նա:
Նաև հայտնեց, որ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի հաստիքացուցակը ձևավորված է, պարզապես նշանակումները դեռ շարունակվում են. «Վարչապետի աշխատակազմի հաստիքների քանակը 580 է»:
