Ոստիկանները բացահայտել են Ուրցաձորի համայնքի ղեկավարի խոշոր յուրացումները

Ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Ուրցաձոր համայնքի ղեկավարը, պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելով, յուրացրել է գումար։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ոստիկանության լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, բաժնի աշխատակիցները համագործակցեցին ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության ծառայողների հետ։ Հունիսի 19-ին, ստացված տեղեկությունների առնչությամբ ձեռնարկվել են միջոցառումներ։

Արդյունքում՝ մի քաղաքացի բանավոր հաղորդում է տվել, որ Ուրցաձոր գյուղի համայնքապետը յուրացրել է 2007 թվականին գյուղի մանկապարտեզի նորոգման համար հատկացված 25 միլիոն դրամը։ Բացի այդ, 2017-2018 թթ. Ուրցաձորի համայնքապետը յուրացրել է նաև նույն մանկապարտեզին հատկացված խաղալիքների, գրենական պիտույքների և տնտեսական ապրանքների համար նախատեսված տարեկան 1 մլն դրամը։

Հունիսի 22-ին էլ Ուրցաձորի մեկ այլ բնակիչ ոստիկանությունում բանավոր հաղորդում է տվել, որ 2016 թ. համայնքապետը իրենից վերցրել է 100 000 դրամ ընդհանուր արժեքով 3 գառ։ Խոստացել էր փոխարենը վճարել նրա հողի հարկերն ու չեղյալ համարել այդ պահին՝ 170 000 դրամի հողի պարտքը։ Բայց չարաշահել էր վստահությունը ու ո՛չ հողի հարկն էր վճարել, ո՛չ զրոյացրել պարտքերը և ո՛չ էլ վճարել վերցրած գառների համար։ Արդյունքում՝ հողի հարկի ընդհանուր պարտքը դարձել էր շուրջ 570 000 դրամ։
