Զորամասի վառելիքի հափշտակության համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 8 անձի. պատճառված վնասը վերականգնվել է
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ ՀԿԳ քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են ՀՀ զինված ուժերի առանձին ստորաբաժանումներում առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացումներ կատարելու դեպքերի մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացում կատարելու, դրանց կատարմանն օժանդակելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 8 անձի, պետությանը պատճառված վնասն ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել է:
ՀՀ զինված ուժերի առանձին ստորաբաժանումներում առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացումներ կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ ՀԿԳ քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դրանց կատարմանը մասնակցություն ունեցած անձանց շրջանակը, անհատականացվել՝ գործողությունները։
Նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ N զորամասի հրամանատարը, կոչումով՝ գնդապետ, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը, նախնական համաձայնության գալով նույն զորամասի վառելիքաքսուքային ծառայության պետ, կոչումով մայորի հետ, 2018 թվականի փետրվարին հրահանգել է համապատասխան աշխատակիցներին՝ զորամասի զինտեխնիկաները շահագործել սահմանվածից քիչ, ինչի արդյունքում 2018 թվականի փետրվարից մինչև հունիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում տնտեսված դիզելային վառելիքը վաճառել է, ինչի արդյունքում յուրացվել է իրենց վստահված ՀՀ ՊՆ հաշվեկշռում գտնվող շուրջ 24 տոննա դիզելային վառելիքը՝ պետությանը պատճառելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 8.856.000 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ զորամասի հրամանատարին, ՎՔՆ ծառայության պետին, ՎՔՆ ծառայության պահեստապետին, զորամասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 3-րդ դիվիզիոնների հրամանատարներին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, իսկ վարորդին և էլեկտրամեխանիկին ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:
Քրեական գործով ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել է պետությանը պատճառված 8.856.000 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնասը:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարությանօրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
