Hraparak.am-ն արդեն տեղեկացրել է, որ ձերբակալվել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր, գործարար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անվտանգության ծառայության պետ Էդուարդ Բաբայանը։ Ինչո՞ւ է միջադեպի պատճառով ձերբակալվել Էդուարդ Բաբայանը։ Այդ առթիվ ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը նշեց․ «Շատ բաներ են գրվում մամուլում, սակայն դրանք չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը։

Դեպքի հետ կապված Դուք տեսաք, որ կա համապատասխան տեսանյութ, որ տվյալ անձնավորությունը դիմում է պարոն Ծառուկյանին, որպեսզի իր երեխայի զորակոչի հետ կապված հարցեր ճշտի։ Եվ բնականաբար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հանձնարարում է նայել, քննարկել, թե ինչ պայմաններ կան, որ օրենքի շրջանակներում կարողանան հարցին տալ լուծում։ Եվ այդ պարագայում, երբ Վիտալին իր գոհունակությունն է հայտնում, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում, շատ տարօրինակ է, որ մամուլում տեղեկություններ են հրապարակվում, թե Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն է մասնակից եղել միջադեպին։ Բացառվում է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իրեն թույլ տա նման բան։

Երկրորդը վերաբերում է օրենքի շրջանակներին, հանձնարարվել է նայել, թե օրենքն ունի՞ հետադարձ ուժ, թե՞ ոչ, ինչպիսի՞ն է օրենքի պահանջը, որպեսզի կարողանան հարցին տալ լուծում։ Առնվազն տարօրինակ եմ համարում, որ կա բռնության հետ կապված խնդիր։ Միջադեպի ժամանակ եղել են պաշտպանական բնույթի ինչ-ինչ խնդիրներ։ Բայց կարծեմ, որ տուժածի վիճակը պետք է լավ լինի։ Կոնֆլիկտն ինչի՞ց պետք է առաջանար։ Չէ՞ որ, Ծառուկյանը հանձնարարել է, որ հարցին լուծում տան։ Մենք արձանագրում ենք, որ տարածված ինչ-որ լուրեր ապատեղեկատվություն են, եւ դրանք պետք է հերքվեն»։
