«Եղեգնուտի անտառտնտեսության» մասնաճյուղում ապօրինի հատվել է 52 ծառ
SOCIETYՀունիսի 29-ին ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնում հաղորդում էր ստացվել «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ «Եղեգնուտի անտառտնտեսություն» մասնաճյուղի «Փամբակի» անտառպետության թիվ 3 պահաբաժնում ապօրինի հատված տարբեր տեսակի և տրամաչափի 52 ծառերի և դրանցից մոտ 30 մ հեռավորության վրա կանգնած «Ուրալ» ավտոմեքենայի հայտնաբերման մասին:

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում հուլիսի 1-ին, ժամը 21.15-ին, ոստիկանության ծառայողների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ նույն օրը, ժամը 17.30-ին, բաժին է ներկայացվել 1984 թ. ծնված Մհեր Ղ.-ն և խոստովանական բացատրություն տվել, որ մայիս ամսվա վերջերից մինչ հունիսի 29-ը ընկած ժամանակահատվածում նշված 52 ծառերն իրեն պատկանող բենզասղոցի գործադրմամբ ապօրինի հատել է ինքը, մասնատել և փայտանյութը ամեն անգամ բեռնված շուրջ 12 խմ փայտանյութով 1984 թ. ծնված Արամ Ս.-ի օգնությամբ և վերջինիս պատկանող «Ուրալ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխել իր տան բակ, որտեղից 1 խմ-ը` 8.000 դրամով, վաճառել իրեն անծանոթ անձանց, իսկ մոտ 5 խմ փայտանյութը չի հասցրել տեղափոխել:

Հանցագործության գործիք բենզասղոցը վերցվել է, իսկ «Ուրալ»-ը անսարքության պատճառով ի պահ է հանձնվել Արամ Ս.-ին:
