Հեղափոխական պահանջատիրության վնասները
ANALYSISՖրանսիական մեծ հեղափոխությունն ուսումնասիրող պատմագետներից շատերը նշում են, որ հեղափոխությունից 50 տարի անց էլ Ֆրանսիայում շարունակում էին խորը արմատներ ունենալ այն խնդիրները, որոնք կային հեղափոխությանշրջանում և դրանից առաջ: Արդյոք սա նշանակու՞մ էր, թե առաջ պիտի գա հարցադրումը` այդ դեպքում ինչի՞ էր պետք հեղափոխությունը:
Պատասխանը, կարծես թե, ակնհայտ է` հեղափոխությունները չեն գալիս կոնկրետ խնդիր վերացնելու համար: Հեղափոխությունները պարզապես բերում են խնդիրների լուծման միջավայր, մեխանիզմներ, նոր, եթե կուզեք արդար սկզբունքներ, հեղափոխությունները բերում են նոր աշխարհայացք և կեցության փիլիսոփայություն: Սակայն այս ամենը ժամանակ է պահանջում, որովհետև նույնիսկ հեղափոխությունների բերած փոփոխությունները պետք է լինեն էվոլյուցիոն, հակառակ դեպքում կսկսվի քաոս:
Այս տեսնակյունից, թերևս, պետք է նշել, որ հայաստանյան որոշակի քաղաքացիական և մեդիա հարթակներում ակտիվանում են կոնկրետ խնդիրների մասով ներկա իշխանությունից, եթե կուզեք` հեղափոխական իշխանությունից, պահանջներն ու հիասթափվածության որոշակի նշանները: Մի մասի դեպքում` ՀՀԿ-ի շրջակա օղակներում, նման տրամադրությունների սերմանումն ու զարգացումը հստակ նպատակաուղղված քարոզչական բնույթ ունի:
Սակայն, սրանցից զատ, կան խմբեր, որոնց ակնկալիքները չափազանց շատ էին հեղափոխությունից և ներկա իշխանությունից: Թերևս հենց այս խմբերը հստակ խնդիր ունեն գիտակցելու, որ որևէ հեղափոխություն չի կարող բավարարել հանրային բոլոր շերտերի ու խմբերի շահերը: Անշուշտ, սերն ու համերաշխությունը, համընդհանուր և իդեալական ժողովրդավարությունը չափազանց գեղեցիկ բառեր են, սակայն իրականության դառնալու համար այս բառերը պետք է անցնեն բավական երկար ու խառնիխուռն ճանապարհ, որտեղ ցանկացած շտապողականություն կամ շտապողականության պահանջ կարող է լիովին հակառակ ազդեցությունն ունենալ: Այս դեպքում արդեն կծնվեն ոչ թե հեղափոխական բարեփոխումներ, այլ հակահեղափոխական կողմնակի ազդեցություններ:
