Մեքսիկայում ընթանում են նախագահական ընտրությունները

Մեքսիկայի նախագահի թեկնածու Անդրես Մանուել Լոպես Օբրադորը, որը ներկայացնում է «Միասին կերտենք պատմություն» կոալիցիան, քվեարկել է երկրում անցկացվող համընդհանուր ընտրություններում:
Ինչպես հայտնում է РИА Новости-ն, Լոպես Օբրադորը մայրաքաղաքի մոտակայքում գտնվող ընտրատեղամաս է այցելել կնոջ և երեխաների հետ: Մյուս թեկնածուները դեռևս չեն քվեարկել:
Ինչպես հայտնում է Ազգային ընտրական ինստիտուտը, երկրում մոտավորապես 157 000 ընտրատեղամաս է բացվել: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ընտրելու իրավունք ունեն 89.3 մլն մարդ:
Մեքսիկացիները նոր նախագահ են ընտրում, որը պաշտոնավարումն ստանձնելու է դեկտեմբերին վեց տարի ժամկետով: Ընտրվում են նաև սենատորներ, պատգամավորներ, քաղաքապետներ:
Նախագահի պաշտոնին 4 թեկնածու է հավակնում: Լոպես Օբրադորից բացի նախագահի պաշտոնում առաջադրվել են «Բոլորը հանուն Մեքսիկայի» կոալիցիան ներկայացնող Խոսե Անտոնիո Միդը, «Քաղաքացիական ճակատ՝ հանուն Մեքսիկայի» կոալիցիայի ներկայացուցիչ Ռիկարդո Անայան:
