Ռուսաստանում բարձրացվել է ծխախոտի ակցիզային հարկի դրույքաչափը

Հուլիսի 1-ից Ռուսաստանում ծխախոտի եւ ծխախոտային արտադրանքի ակցիզային հարկի դրույքաչափը բարձրացվում է 10 տոկոսով, հաղորդում է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը: Ավանդաբար, ծխախոտի արտադրանքի համար հարկն աճում է յուրաքանչյուր տարվա սկզբին, սակայն այս անգամ ծխախոտի համար բացառություն էր արվել:

Եթե նախկինում ակցիզային հարկը հազար հատի համար կազմում էր 1.56 հազար ռուբլի, ապա այժմ այս հարկը կկազմի 1.718 հազար ռուբլի, որը հաշվարկվում է առավելագույն մանրածախ գնից ելնելով, սակայն կազմում է 2.3 հազար ռուբլուց ոչ պակաս՝ հազար հատի համար:

Բացի այդ, հուլիսի 1-ից ծխախոտային արտադրատեսակների արտադրողներն ու ներմուծողները ծխախոտային արտադրանքի՝ շրջանառության նույնականացման եւ մոնիտորինգի միջոցով պիտակավորման փորձարկման մասնակից են դառնում: Այսպիսի միջոցառումների անցկացման մասին որոշումն ընդունվել է 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 27-ին:
