Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քրեական պալատի նախագահ Սերժիկ Ավետիսյանը հրաժարվում է գնահատել Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահի ընտրություններում հաղթելու իր հնարավորությունները. «Իմ շրջանակներից դուրս է»:

 

Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 1-ին լրագրողների հարցին ի պատասխան Սերժիկ Ավետիսյանը նշեց, որ առհասարակ այս թեմայով մեկնաբանություն չի կարող տալ: «Ես չէ, որ պետք է գնահատեմ իմ շանսերը»,- հավելեց դատավորը:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 5-ին Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ Արման Մկրտումյանը հրաժարական է տվել: Շուրջ 1 ամիս է՝ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը չի կարողանում նոր նախագահ ընտրել: Երկրորդ փուլ անցած Սերժիկ Ավետիսյանին դատավորներն այդպես էլ անհրաժեշտ 6 ձայնը չտվեցին: Նշենք, որ 2010թ-ին Վերաքննիչ դատարանը Սերժիկ Ավետիսյանի նախագահությամբ անփոփոխ էր թողել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դատավճիռը: Տեղեկություններ կան, որ հենց այս պատճառով դատավորներն Ավետիսյանի թեկնածությանը կողմ չեն քվեարկել:

 

Առաջիկայում Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահի նոր ընտրություն կլինի:
