 Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նոյեմբերի 4-ին ընդունել է Չեխիայի կաթոլիկ եկեղեցու առաջնորդ, Պրահայի արքեպիսկոպոս Կարդինալ Դոմինիկ Դուկային: ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարÕ �կայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրին՝ վարչապետն արժևորել է հավատով և աշխարհընկալմամբ միմյանց կապված հայ և չեխ ժողովուրդների հոգևոր փոխհարաբերությունները:

Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Կարդինալ Դոմինիկ Դուկային Պրահայի «Սուրբ  Հոգի» եկեղեցին Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ ծխական համայնքին փոխանցելու, ինչպես նաև չեխահայ համայնքի նկատմամբ ցուցաբերվող ջերմ և հոգատար վերաբերմունքի համար: Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանի խոսքով, Պրահայի հավատավոր հայ համայնքի համար չափազանց կարևոր և նշանակալից է հայրենիքից հեռու սեփական եկեղեցի ունենալը, ինչը կարևոր նշանակություն ունի հայի ինքնության պահպանման գործում: Վարչապետն իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել նաև Հայոց Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործի և Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ Չեխիայում տեղի ունեցած միջոցառումներին ցուցաբերած աջակցության համար:

Կարդինալ Դոմինիկ Դուկան շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարչապետ Աբրահամյանին ջերմ ընդունելության համար և կարևորել միջեկեղեցական հարաբերությունների զարգացումն ու ամրապնդումը: Ըստ Կարդինալ Դուկայի, միջպետական հարաբերություններում կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն հոգևոր կապերը: Կարդինալը նշել է, որ տպավորված է հայկական հոգևոր արժեքներով և մշակույթով: Չեխիայի կաթոլիկ եկեղեցու առաջնորդը բարձր է գնահատել երկու երկրների քաղաքական երկխոսության մակարդակը, կարևորել  տնտեսական, հումանիտար և այլ ոլորտներում կապերի խորացումը:

Հայանպաստ գործունեության և Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի միջոցառում­ների իրականացմանը գործուն մասնակցության համար Կարդինալ Դոմինիկ Դուկան պարգևատրվել է ՀՀ վարչա­պետի հուշամեդալով:
