Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում Ռուսաստանի պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը որևէ փոփոխության չի ենթարկվել: Լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում այս մասին ասել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան: «Մենք կողմերի հետ աշխատում ենք արդյունքի հասնելու համար: Մենք այս հարցումմեր դերակատարումը չենք համեմատում Բաքվի և Երևանի դերի հետ, սակայն այս խնդիրը մեր միջազգային օրակարգի ամենաարդիական հարցերից մեկն է: Դրա համար ամրապնդված համաձայնությունների և երկու երկրների միջև համաձայնեցված դիրքորոշումների ու փոխադարձ հարգանքի հիման վրա խնդրի կարգավորումը մեր հետաքրքրությունների շրջանակներում է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասել է Զախարովան՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս է  կմեկնաբանի  ՌԴ Պետական Դումայի նախագահի հայտարարություն այն մասին, թե «Ադրբեջանը ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում դրսևորում է կառուցողական մոտեցում», այն պարագայում, երբ այդ երկրի քաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից պարբերաբար հնչում են հակամարտությունը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծելու հայտարարություններ:

 

Զախարովան հավելել է, որ տարբեր անձանց՝ խորհրդարանականների, քաղաքական գործիչների, պատմաբանների, քաղաքագետների կողմից կարող են հնչել բազմաթիվ հայտարարություններ, սակայն հավելել է, որ պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը միշտ հնչում է պաշտոնական մակարդակով:

 

Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հնարավոր հանդիպման վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ Զախարովան ընդգծել է՝ եթե նման հանդիպում կայանա, ապա ՌԴ-ն ցանկանում է, որ այն լինի արդյունավետ ու անցնի կառուցողական մթնոլորտում:
