POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ինչպես երևում է, ԱԱԾ պետը սկսելու է հավաքել նաև որոշ պաշտոնյաների: Ներկայիս պաշտոնյաների: Բայց ոչ թե Նալբանդյան փողոց տանելու, այլ Սունդուկյան փողոց՝ իր ընտանիքին պատկանող մանկապարտեզ: Ճիշտ է, մի քիչ թանկ է, բայց պետությունը կվճարի: Կատակը՝ կատակ, բայց այս օրերին պարբերաբար հնչող մի շարք հայտարարություններ կամ գործողություններ ուղղակի մի բառով է հնարավոր միայն որակել՝ մանկապարտեզ: Նույնիսկ անվանական նշելու էլ չէ, քանզի այնքան պարբերական են դարձել պարզունակությունն ու գործելակերպի էժանագին մեթոդները, որ ստիպված ես մտածել, թե իրոք վարչապետը ֆիզիկապես ի վիճակի չէ տեղեկանալ ամենի մասին: Չենք կարծում, թե Փաշինյանն ինքը նորմալ կհամարի թեկուզ իր կուսակից պաշտոնյաների անհասկանալի պահվածքը. մի դեպքում մեծամիտ ամբարտավանություն, մեկ այլ դեպքում էժանագին մեղադրանքներ՝ ընդհուպ ՃՈ դիմելու գնով, մեկ այլ դեպքում լրատվամիջոցի հետ հոխորտանքով շփվող պաշտոնյա և այլն: Ու ցավալին այն է, որ նման պահվածքը սկսում է վարակի պես տարածվել: Օրինակ, նախկին իշխանությունները երբեմն արգելում էին իրենց որոշ պաշտոնյաների կամ պատգամավորների՝ հրապարակային ելույթներ ունենալ, ավելին, նույնիսկ 500 մետրից պակաս հեռավորություն ունենալ լրագրողների հետ (դե, որոշ բացառություններով, որոնք ուղղակի անփոխարինելի էին իրենց «փառահեղ» մտքերով): Ու քանի որ նախկինների գերակշիռ մասը ենթակա էր նման արգելքի, արդյունքում հանրությանը հրապարակայնորեն երևում էին սակավները, թեպետ դրանց մեծ մասի բերաններն էլ հանգիստ կարելի էր «սքոթչել»: Հիմա գուցե նույն մեթոդը կիրառի նաև վարչապետը, քանզի նորաթուխ պաշտոնյաներից ոմանք ուղղակիորեն քայքայում են այն հզոր վարկանիշն ու համակրանքը, որ ունի Փաշինյանն անձնապես: Թեպետ, ընդհանուր առմամբ, երևի ժամանակն է վերանայել նշանակումների մի որոշ մասը, հակառակ պարագայում հարկ կլինի արտահերթ ընտրություններն անցկացնել ոչ թե մեկ տարվա, այլ մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում, քանի դեռ շատ ուշ չէ:
Փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ հստակ ճանապարհ չանցած, որոշակի կառավարման փորձ չունեցող, վերջինիս մասին գոնե տարրական պատկերացում չունեցող անձինք, որքան էլ հանճարեղորեն խելացի լինեն, անպայման խնդիրներ են ունենում, արդյունքում խնդիրներ են ստեղծում թե՛ երկրի ղեկավարության, թե՛ ընդհանրապես երկրի ու ժողովրդի համար:
