Թբիլիսիի քաղաքային դատարանը Միխայիլ Սաակաշվիլին 6 տարվա ազատազրկման է դատապարտել

Թբիլիսիի քաղաքային դատարանը Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահ Միխայիլ Սաակաշվիլին մեղավոր է ճանաչել 2005 թվականին պատգամավոր Վալերի Գելաշվիլիին ծեծելու գործով եւ հեռակա կարգով 6 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտել, հաղորդում է Նովոստի-Գրուզիան՝ վկայակոչելով  Վրաստանի  հանրային հեռուստատեսությանը:

 

Քննությունը պարզել է, որ Սաակաշվիլին  այն ժամանակ ներքին գործերի նախարար Վանո Մերաբիշվիլին հանձնարարել է ծեծել Գելաշվիլիին այն բանից հետո, երբ 2005 թվականի հունիսին «Ռեզոնանսի» թերթում հրապարակվել էր «Վալերի Գելաշվիլին իր տունը կզիջի Սաակաշվիլիին» վերնագրով հոդված: Այս հոդվածում Գելաշվիլին գրել էր, որ իր ունեցվածքը խլել են եւ իր վրդովմունքն էր հայտնել: Նույն հոդվածում նա վիրավորական կերպով էր խոսել Սաակաշվիլիի անձնական կյանքի մասին:

 

 

 

Սաակաշվիլու հանձնարարականը, ինչպես նշում է քննությունը, կատարվել է 2005 թվականի հուլիսի 14-ին: Գելաշվիլիին ծեծի էին ենթարկվել հատուկ օպերատիվ վարչության եւ հատուկ նշանակության ջոկատի զինված աշխատակցիները:

 

Գելաշվիլին գանգի վնասվածք էր ստացել, դեմքի ոսկորների բազմաթիվ կոտրվածքներ, քթի եւ ճակատի մասում պատառոտված վերքեր, վերին եւ ստորին ծնոտի ոսկորների կոտրվածքներ:

 

Սաակաշվիլիին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել «ծառայողական լիազորությունների չարաշահում բռնության կիրառմամբ» եւ «մի խումբ մարդկանց կողմից առողջության համար լուրջ վնաս պատճառելու» հոդվածներով:

 

Սա վերջին տարվա ընթացքում Սաակաշվիլիի երկրորդ դատավճիռն է: 2018 թվականի հունվարին նա հեռակա կարգով դատապարտվել էր 3 տարվա ազատազրկման՝ Վրաստանի Միացյալ բանկի աշխատակից Սանդրո Գիրգվիլանիի սպանության համար դատապարտված անձանց ներում շնորհելու կապակցությամբ:
