Արմեն Աշոտյանը Եվրանեսթ ԽՎ-ում իր ելույթում կարևորել է կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի թափանցիկ ու համապարփակ հետաքննությունը
POLITICSԵվրանեսթ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի հունիսի 27-ի լիագումար նիստում հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավար Արմեն Աշոտյանը հանդես է եկել քաղաքական կոռուպցիայի հետեւանքների ու դրանց դեմ պայքարին առնչվող ելույթով: Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկումը մեծամասամբ ընթացել է «ադրբեջանական լվացքատան», Ադրբեջանում համակարգային կաշառակերության առկայության եւ դրա դեմ պայքարի շուրջ քննարկումներով:
Իր խոսքում Աշոտյանը կարեւորել է կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի թափանցիկ ու համապարփակ հետաքննությունը թե՛ միջազգային եւ թե՛ ազգային մակարդակներում՝ ցանկացած քաղաքական կոռուպցիայի ու կաշառակերության հանդեպ զրո հանդուրժողականության ցուցաբերմամբ:
Արմեն Աշոտյանը կոչ է արել Եվրոպական խորհրդարանին եւ Արեւելյան գործընկերության երկրներին համապատասխան միջոցներ ձեռնարկել իրենց երկրների այն քաղաքական գործիչների նկատմամբ, որոնց անունները ոչ թափանցիկ եւ կոռուպցիոն գործարքների հետ կապված հիշատակվում են միջազգային զեկույցներում, իսկ Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի քաղաքական խմբերին՝ զտել իրենց քաղաքական կուսակցությունների շարքերը կոռումպացված տարրերից՝ պահպանելու եվրոպական քաղաքական կուսակցությունների էթիկական բնույթն ու կերպարը:
Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը կարեւորել է կոնկրետ գործուն մեխանիզմների ներդրումը, մասնավորապես էթիկայի հարցերով հանձնաժողովների ստեղծումը՝ միջազգային խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովներում կոռուպցիոն գործարքների բացառման եւ քաղաքական առումով էթիկական վարքագծի ապահովման համար:
