POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայոց ցեղասպանագիտության թանգարան–ինստիտուտի երկար տարիների տնօրեն Հայկ Դեմոյանի և ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանի վիրտուալ կռիվը դժվար է այլ անունով որակել, քան պարզունակ «բազառ»: Նույնիսկ ամենաէականն այն չէ, թե ով է այս պարագայում «ավելի ազնիվ»: Խնդիրն այն է, թե ինչ մակարդակով են իրականացվում նման հարաբերությունները: Մենք առիթ ունեցել ենք խոսել շրիշակային մակարդակի հարաբերությունների ու գործելաոճի մասին: Այս դեպքում գործ ունենք շատ ավելի ցածր որակի հետ: Մի կողմից գիտնական մարդը, ով լուրջ վաստակ ունի, իրեն թույլ է տալիս գրեթե հայհոյախառն ձևակերպումներով, «ռազբորկի» ոճով «հաշվի կանչել» կրթության և գիտության նախարարին, ավելին՝ տողատակերում ինչ–որ մութ ակնարկներ հնչեցնելով: Մյուս կողմից, անկախ ներկայացված դրդապատճառներից, պետական կառույցի ղեկավարը փաստացի օգտվել է մարդու բացակայությունից՝ նրա հետ հաշիվները մաքրելու համար: Եթե նույնիսկ տվյալ անձը, որոշակի ժամանակ չլինելով պաշտոնական անձ, թույլ է տվել ապօրինություններ կամ, ինչպես նախարարն է ասում, «անձնական կապրիզներ», դժվար թե լավագույն ճանապարհը առանց նրա հարցերը կարգավորելն է: Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ այս իշխանությունների օրոք արդեն ավանդույթ է դառնում, որ մեկը հեռախոսազանգով է տեղեկանում իր ազատման մասին, մեկն ընդհանրապես կառավարության կայքում հրապարակված որոշումից, ստացվում է, որ նորաթուխ պաշտոնյաները մարդկանց աչքերի մեջ նայելու խնդիր ունեն: Իսկ այս խնդիրն առաջանում է այն դեպքում, երբ որոշումդ փաստարկված չէ և ընդամենը ինչ–որ մեկից ազատվելու կամ (և) ոմանց աշխատանքի խցկելու պարտքդ կատարելու խնդիր է լուծում: Այսպիսի ծածուկ, գաղտագողի գործելակերպը, նաև նախարարի բառապաշարն ու պահվածքը, կարծես, ոչ մի կերպ չեն տեղավորվում իշխանափոխություն իրականացրածների հայտարարած սկզբունքների հետ: Եթե քո գործողություններում հասարակության հետ ազնիվ չես, եթե քո գլխավոր խնդիրը հարթակի մերձակա մի քանի քառակուսի մետրի վրա կանգնածներին պաշտոններ բաշխելն է՝ անկախ մասնագիտական որակներից, ոչ մի լավ բանի չի հանգեցնի: Մյուս կողմից, եթե «ֆեյսբուքյան հարաբերությունները» նորմալ են անձնային այլ հարաբերություններում, ապա պետական կառավարումը փոքր–ինչ այլ որակներ ու մակարդակ է պահանջում: Չենք կարծում, թե դրա համար դարեր են պետք...
