Ավտոբուսի վթարից տուժածների վիճակը գնահատելու նպատակով Տուլայում կազմակերպվել է բժշկական կոնսիլիում

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Տուլայի տարածաշրջանի Ուզլովսկի քաղաքի մոտ Մոսկվա-Երևան ուղղությամբ ուղևորատար ավտոբուսի վթարի կապակցությամբ ՀՀ վարչապետի որոշմամբ ստեղծված հանձնաժողովի հետ Տուլայում գտնվող ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը և հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանն  այցելել են Ուզլովայա, Կիրեևսկի և Նովոմոսկովսկի բժշկական կենտրոններ, հանդիպել վթարից տուժածներին:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, տուժածների առողջական վիճակը տեղում գնահատելու նպատակով Տուլայի շրջանի առողջապահության նախարար Օլգա Ավանեսյանի մասնակցությամբ հրավիրվել է բժշկական կոնսիլիում: Ինքնաթիռով Երևան կգան նաև այն վիրավորները, որոնց առողջական վիճակը, բժիշկների գնահատմամբ, թույլ է տալիս տեղափոխում: Մյուս վիրավորների, այդ թվում՝ վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներում գտնվողների բուժումը կշարունակվի այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև նրանց առողջական վիճակը ևս թույլ կտա տեղափոխվել Հայաստան:

Ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարից անմիջապես հետո ՌԴ առողջապահության նախարարության մասնագետների կողմից կազմակերպվել է վիրավորների պատշաճ բուժօգնությունը: Տուժածներն ապահովվել են անհրաժեշտ դեղերով: Նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, նոյեմբերի 5-ին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից հատուկ չվերթով Երևան կտեղափոխվեն վթարից զոհված ուղևորների աճյունները: 

Նոյեմբերի 4-ի առավոտյան  Արմեն Մուրադյանը և Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը մասնակցել են նաև Տուլայի նահանգապետ Վլադիմիր Գրուզդևի հրավիրված խորհրդակցությանը: Քննարկվել են հետագա աշխատանքները կազմակերպելու հարցերը: Նոյեմբերի 3-ին՝ դեպքից ժամեր անց, Մոսկվա-Երևան երթուղու ավտոբուսի վթարի հետևանքով զոհված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների հուղարկավորության կազմակերպման և տուժած քաղաքացիներին ու նրանց ընտանիքներին անհրաժեշտ օգնություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով ՀՀ վարչապետի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է հանձնաժողով: Իրավիճակի մասին պար բերաբար զեկուցվում է Հանրապետության Նախագահին և վարչապետին:
