Սարի թաղի գործով ամբաստանյալներ Հրաչյա Բոյաջյանը, Արման Ադամյանն ու Ժորա Ավետիսյանը ստորագրությամբ ազատ են արձակվել
SOCIETYԵրևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը հունիսի 26-ին բնակավայրից չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ ազատ է արձակել Սարի թաղում 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ին ոստիկանների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու մեջ մեղադրվող Հրաչյա Բոյաջյանին, Արման Ադամյանին ու Ժորա Ավետիսյանին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի Վանաձորի գրասենյակից, Հրաչյա Բոյաջյանի պաշտպան, ՀՔԱ Վանաձորի գրասենյակի փաստաբան Արայիկ Զալյանը խափանման միջոց կալանքը ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին խափանման միջոցով փոխարինելու կամ գրավ կիրառելու միջնորդությունը դատարան էր ներկայացրել ավելի վաղ, իսկ մյուսների պաշտպանները խափանման միջոցը փոխելու միջնորդություններ ներկայացրել են հունիսի 26-ին:
Հրաչյա Բոյաջյանին ազատ արձակելու միջնորդության դեմ առարկել է մեղադրող դատախազը՝ նշելով, որ վերջինս կարող է կրկին խուսափել քննությունից, քանի որ նման փորձ արդեն եղել է. Հրաչյա Բոյաջյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրված նաև 2016թ. հուլիսի19-ից օգոստոսի 31-ն ընկած ժամանահատվածում ՀՀ պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու համար:
Դատախազի առարկությանն ի պատասխան՝ պաշտպան Արայիկ Զալյանը նշել է, որ այժմ իրավիճակն այլ է, և որ այն դրդապատճառները, որոնք ունեցել է Բոյաջյանը այն ժամանակ, այսօր արդեն չկան, նա վստահում է ՀՀ արդարադատությանն ու պատրաստ է ժամանակին ներկայանալ դատական նիստերին և չխուսափել քննությունից: Միջնորդությունները քննարկելուց հետո դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը հեռացել է խորհրդակցական սենյակ որոշում կայացնելու: Աշխատանքային օրվա ավարտին հրապարակված որոշմամբ դատարանը երեք ամբաստանյալներին ազատ է արձակել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ: Հաջորդ դատական նիստը կկայանա օգոստոսի 10-ին՝ ժամը 14:30-ին է:
Հրաչյա Բոյաջյանին, Արման Ադամյանին ու Ժորա Ավետիսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նրանք 2016թ. հուլիսի 19-ին` ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Մովսես Խորենացի փաղոցին հարող Գլինկա և Որմնադիրներ փողոցների հատման վայրում մի խումբ անձանց հետ, առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն են գործադրել իրենց ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարող, իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ համարվող ՀՀ ոստիկանության մի շարք ծառայողների նկատմամբ:
