«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մայիսի 4–ին հանրապետության նախագահի ռեֆերենտ նշանակված Լիա Խաչատրյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր՝ պաշտոնը ստանձնելու 2018 թ. հայտարարագիրը:
Խաչատրյանը հայտարարագրել է մեկ բնակարան և «FORD FOCUS 1.6» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա: Պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ ունեցել է նաև փոխառություններ, որոնք կազմել են 38 միլիոն 34 հազար դրամ: Բանկային հաշիվներին առկա է եղել 1 միլիոն 800 հազար դրամ, իսկ եկամուտներ չի ունեցել:
Խաչատրյանի ամուսնու՝ Էդգար Մալխասյանի՝ 2017 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից տեղեկանում ենք, որ նա նախորդ տարի 38 միլիոն 34 հազար դրամով բնակարան է ձեռք բերել: Սա հենց այն գումարն է, որը պաշտոնյայի հայտարարագրում ներկայացված է որպես փոխառություն: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, բնակարանը ձեռք է բերվել հիփոթեքով:
Մալխասյանը հայտարարագրել է նաև 980 հազար դրամ ու 3200 դոլար դրամական միջոցներ և 2 միլիոն 556 հազար դրամ եկամուտ:
