Մենք ունենք հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման՝ վերջին տարիների համար աննախադեպ ցածր մակարդակ։ Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունիսի 25-ին, Facebook-ի ուղիղ եթերում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

 

Հարցին, թե ինչպիսին է իրավիճակը Արցախի սահմանին, կա՞ պատերազմի վտանգ առավել քան, երբեւէ, Փաշինյանը պատասխանեց. «Այս շրջանում հաճախ է եղել, որ կրակոցների միջին քանակը աննախադեպ ցածր են եղել։ Այսինքն մենք միջին վիճակագրական տվյալներով իմ վարչապետ ընտրվելուց հետո զուտ վիճակագրության առումով ունենք աննախադեպ ցածր մակարդակ։

 

Այդուհանդերձ, ցավոք, մենք զոհեր ունեցանք, առաջնագծում վիճակ է, որ կան ադրբեջանական զորքերի որոշակի կուտակումներ։ Երբեմն դրանք մեծանում կամ նվազում են։ Նախիջեւանի ուղղությամբ որոշակի լարվածություններ են առաջացել»։

 

Ինչ վերաբերում է պատերազմին, վարչապետը նշեց, որ իր մոտեցումն այն է, որ մենք ցանկացած պահի պետք է պատրաստ լինենք պատերազմի. «Բայց ես չեմ կարող ասել, որ ունենք աննախադեպ իրավիճակ։ Ունենք մեզ ծանոթ եւ սովորական իրավիճակ։ Այս իրավիճակը մեզ ծանոթ է երկար տարիներ։ Ի վերջո հակամարտությունը լուծված չէ, մենք կիսապատերազմական վիճակում ենք, որը ամեն րոպե կարող է փոխվել։ Դա չի նշանակում, որ պետք է շեղվենք մեր բնականոն կյանքից, մենք պետք է անենք մեր աշխատանքը, ՊՆ-ն պետք է անի իր գործը։

 

Չեմ ուզում ասել, որ անհանգստանալու կարիք չկա, բայց չեմ էլ ուզում ասել, որ կա»,-հայտարարեց Փաշինյանը։

 

Նա ընդգծեց, որ ճիշտ կլինի, որ բանակն անընդհատ մեր աջակցությունն զգա. «Նաեւ պետք է բացառենք չարաշահումները բանակում։ Եթե աննախադեպ է իրավիճակը, ապա աննախադեպ է իր հարաբերական հանդարտության առումով։ Մենք պատերազմ չենք սկսի, դա հաստատ, Ադրբեջանն է ռազմական հռետորություն կիրառում, բայց Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունն էլ պետք է հասկանա, որ հակամարտությունը զինված լուծում չունի։ Եթե Ադրբեջանում որեւէ մեկը մտածում է, որ այդ հետեւանքներն իրենց չեն վերաբերում, ես կարծում եմ, որ չարժե փորձությունների ենթարկել որեւէ երկիր։ Մեր կարգախոսը նույնն է՝ դուքով, վճռական պաշտպանելու մեր հայրենիքը»։
