ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին, 2-րդ մասերով և 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետին առընթեր ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչի որոշմամբ, ապացույցների բավարար համակցության հիման վրա, 22.06.2018թ.-ին Մ.Գրիգորյանի որդին` Կարեն Գրիգորյանը, ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:

23.06.2018թ.ին Կարեն Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն հանցավոր արարքի կատարման համար, որ վերջինս, Մ. Գրիգորյանի և մի շարք այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, խմբով, յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել են իրենց վստահված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույքը:

Այսպես, 2016թ.-ի ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի և դրան հաջորդած օրերին Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի զինծառայողների կարիքները հոգալու նպատակով «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հայ համայնքի» շրջանային հասարակական կազմակերպության անդամների կողմից 2016թ.-ի մայիսին ՌԴ-ում գնվել և ՀՀ են տեղափոխել «ՈՒԱԶ» մակնիշի երեք ավտոմեքենաներ, ջերմադիտարկման սարքեր և զինվորական հանդերձանք: Այնուհետև նշված կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչները Կարեն Գրիգորյանի ուղեկցությամբ մեկնել են Արցախի Հանրապետություն, որտեղ վերջինիս ու ԵԿՄ նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին են հանձնել վերը նշված գույքը՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակին հատկացնելու նպատակով:

Կարեն և Մանվել Գրիգորյաններն իրենց վստահված «ՈՒԱԶ» մակնիշի, ընդհանուր` 10.028.580 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 1.389.000 ՌԴ ռուբլի արժողությամբ ավտոմեքենաներն Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակին հանձնելու փոխարեն, մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել են դրանք, պահեստավորել ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի էջմիածին քաղաքի Մաշտոցի փողոցի թիվ 19 հասցեում գտնվող «Արա և Այծեմնիկ» ԲԲ ընկերության տարածքում և տնօրինել իրենց հայեցողությամբ՝ օգտագործելով անձնական կարիքների համար:

Կարեն Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն` չհեռանալու մասին:
