ՀՀԿ-ն Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների քարոզչության հարցում կհամագործակցի այլ ուժերի հետ

Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների դեկտեմբերի 6-ի հանրաքվեի քարոզչության իրականացման հարցում «Հանրապետական» կուսակցությունը պատրաստ է համագործակցել այլ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ:
Լրագրողների հետ նոյեմբերի 4-ին կայացած հանդիպմանը հայտնեց Ազգային ժողովում «Հանրապետական»խմբակցության քարտուղար Գագիկ Մելիքյանը: «Մենք Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների դեկտեմբերի 6-ի հանրաքվեի քարոզչության հարցերով համագործակցում ենք «Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցություն» և «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունների հետ. առկա է համաձայնություն, որ որոշ հարցերի շուրջ հնարավոր է լինի միասնական քարոզչություն»,-հայտնեց նա:
Նա նկատեց, որ Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների արդյուքում կապահովվի դատական համակարգի անկախությունը: «Այս փոփոխությունների արդյունքում խորհրդարանում առկա քաղաքական փոքրամասնությունները կավելացնեն իշխանության նկատմամբ իրենց վերահսկողական մեխանիզմները, երկրի կառավարումը չի լինի անձնակենտրոն, և կբարելավվի ժողովրդի սոցիալական վիճակը, ինչը շատ կարևոր է»,-շեշտեց Գագիկ Մելիքյանը:
Անդրադառնալով առաջիկա հանրաքվեին քաղաքացիներին նույնականացման քարտերով քվեարկելու իրավունք տալու մասին նախագծին` Գագիկ Մելիքյանն ասաց հետևյալը. «Ես համոզված եմ, որ այդ օրինագծի ընդունումը, որի արդյունքում 180 հազար քաղաքացիներ իրավունք են ստանալու մասնակցել հանրաքվեին, չեն կարող որևէ կերպ ազդել Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի վերջնական արդյունքների վրա»:
Դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Հայաստանում տեղի կունենա սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեն: Ազգային ժողովի երկու խոշոր ուժեր` «Հանրապետական» և ԲՀԿ խմբակցությունները աջակցում են փոփոխությունների անցկացմանը, նրանց է միացել նաև «Դաշնակցություն» խմբակցությունը: Փոփոխություններին դեմ են հանդես եկել «Ժառանգություն», ՀԱԿ և ՕԵԿ խմբակցությունները:
