«Յանս»-ում խուզարկության արդյունքներով քննչական կոմիտեն քրեական գործ է հարուցել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով հունիսի 20-21-ին կատարված խուզարկությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա քրեական գործ է հարուցվել հայտարարագրերում կեղծ տվյալներ ներկայացնելու կամ հայտարարագրման ենթակա տվյալը թաքցնելու, ապօրինի հարստանալու դեպքերի առթիվ։
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է կատարել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի խորհրդական Սոնա Տռուզյանը:
«Արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք， որ քրգործի շրջանակներում խուզարկություններ են կատարվել նաեւ «Յանս» ռեստորանային համալիրի տարածքում，«Սելենա» ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրեն Ս.Կարապետյանի, «Սելենա» ՍՊԸ-ի փաստացի սեփականատեր Ռ.Բեգլարյանի բնակության վայրերում, վերջինիս ավտոտնակում։
Արդյունքում ՝ «Սելենա» ՍՊԸ-ի փաստացի սեփականատեր Ռ.Բեգլարյանի բնակության վայրում հայտնաբերվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումար՝ 35 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ, 1 միլիոն 110 հազար 400 ԱՄՆ դոլար, 230 հազար 500 եվրո, իսկ ավտոտնակից՝ 2 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, «Ֆրանկ Մյուլլեր» ապրանքանիշի 2 հատ ժամացույց, «Ռենջ Ռովեր» եւ«Մերսեդես Բենց» մակնիշի 1-ական ավտոմեքենաներ»,- գրել է Տռուզյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Ռ.Բեգլարյանի ամուսինը՝ Վ.Ղազարյանը հանդիսացել է բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձ, հետևաբար «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի համաձայն պարտավոր է եղել օրենքով նախատեսված կարգով բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացնել գույքի, եկամուտների հայտարարագրեր:
«Սակայն ինչպես Վ. Ղազարյանի, այնպես էլ վերջինիս կնոջ՝ Ռ.Բեգլարյանի հայտարարագրերում բացակայում են նշումներ խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերված, վերը թվարկված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի դրամական միջոցների և թանկարժեք իրերի վերաբերյալ»,- գրել է Տռուզյանը:
