ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը հունիսի 22-ին ընդունեց Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության (JICA) Ուզբեկստանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Տակասակա Մունեոյին և գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչ Օմորի Շունին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ և Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության միջև արդեն առկա համատեղ ծրագրերի իրագործման շարունակականության ապահովումը և համագործակցության նոր ծրագրերի մշակման հնարավորությունները:
Անդրադառնալով համատեղ ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին՝ ճապոնական կողմը վերահաստատեց, որ արդեն իսկ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ 2019թ.-ի մայիս, նոյեմբեր և փետրվար ամիսներին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը կհամալրվի նոր հրշեջ-փրկարարական մեքենաներով և գույքով: 2018թ.-ի երկրորդ կիսամյակում արդեն կմեկնարկի «Աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման նպատակով ճգնաժամային հաղորդակցության և հանրային իրազեկման բարելավման» ծրագիրը: Ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակն է հանրային իրազեկման ճիշտ քաղաքականության և մեխանիզմների կիրառմամբ նպաստել երկրում աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցմանը: Նախատեսվում է հիմնել և տեխնիկապես հագեցնել ուսումնական կենտրոն, որտեղ աղետների մասին ուսանելու և տարատեսակ աղետների ժամանակ անհրաժեշտ վարքականոններին ծանոթանալու հնարավորություն կունենան հանրության բոլոր թիրախային խմբերը: Ծրագրի կարևոր բաղադրիչներից է նաև Հայաստանի ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների՝ աղետներն ու արտակարգ իրավիճակները լուսաբանելու ուղղությամբ վերապատրաստվելու հնարավորությունը:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալությանը երկար տարիների արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար՝ նախարար Ռոստոմյանն անդրադարձավ հետագա համագործակցության հնարավոր ձևաչափին: ԱԻ նախարարը ներկայացրեց արտակարգ իրավիճակների համակարգի զարգացման առաջնային ուղղությունները, այն է՝ աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցմանն ու կանխարգելմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի իրականացում և ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության ավիացիայի ստեղծում, մասնավորապես՝ ուղղաթիռների ձեռքբերում՝ որոնողափրկարարական, հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքների իրականացման և դժվարամատչելի վայրերից անհրաժեշտության դեպքում մարդկանց բուժհաստատություն տեղափոխելու նպատակով:
Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը պատրաստակամություն հայտնեցին ապահովել ընթացիկ ծրագրերի իրագործումը, ինչպես նաև՝ զարգացման նոր ծրագրեր մշակելու նպատակով իրականացնել արտակարգ իրավիճակների համակարգի կարիքների ուսումնասիրություն:
