«Ելք»-ի պատգամավորները անձնական երաշխավորություն են ներկայացրել Վահան Շիրխանյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու վերաբերյալ

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Ավանի նստավայրում Նորք-Մարաշի զինված խմբի գործով ամբաստանյալ, Պաշտպանության նախարարի նախկին տեղակալ Վահան Շիրխանյանի պաշտպանը հանդես եկավ միջնորդությամբ` իր պաշտպանյալի խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանավորումը փոխելու վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, պաշտպանը դատարանին ներկայացրեց Ազգային ժողովի «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Սասուն Միքայելյանի և Հովիկ Աղազարյանի անձնական երաշխավորությունները: Դատավորը նշեց, որ միջնորդությունը կքննվի հունիսի 25-ին ժամը 16:00-ին:

 

Վահան Շիրխանյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2015 թ. մայիսից անձնապես ծանոթանալով «Ռադիո Մարիամ» մշակութային հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Գյումրու Կաթոլիկե եկեղեցու քահանա, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ավստրալիայի քաղաքացի` Անտոն Դիկրան Թոթոնջյանի, նույն հիմնադրամի լրագրող Լիլիթ Թորոսյանի և Իսպանիայից ժամանած Արթուր Վարդանյանի հետ, նրանց առաջարկությամբ ստանձնել է մասնակցել Վարդանյանի կողմից ստեղծված ու ղեկավարած հանցավոր համագործակցությանը:

 

Ըստ մեղադրանքի` Շիրխանյանը կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել, պահել, փոխադրել և կրել մեծ քանակությամբ զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր, պայթուցիկ սարքեր` նպատակ ունենալով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում իշխանությունը յուրացնել, այսինքն` զավթել` բռնություն գործադրելու կամ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով, ինչը ավարտին չի հասցվել նրա կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում, քանի որ հանցավոր համագործակցության մեջ ներգրավված անձինք բացահայտվել ու 2015թ. նոյեմբերի 25-ին վնասազերծվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից:

 

Նորք-Մարաշի զինված խմբի գործի շրջանակում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ավելի քան երեք տասնյակ մարդու: Ըստ մեղադրանքի` Արթուր Վարդանյանի գլխավորած զինված խումբը ծրագրել էր բռնությամբ զավթել իշխանությունը: Օրինակ՝ թռիչքի պահին խոցել նախագահի օդանավը, հարձակում գործել ՀՀ նախագահի նստավայրի, Ազգային ժողովի, Սահմանադրական դատարանի, Կառավարության, Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության և այլ հաստատությունների շենքերի վրա: Նրանց մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել հանցավոր համագործակցություն ստեղծելու և ղեկավարելու (Քրեական օրենսգրքի 223-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մաս), հանցավոր համագործակցությանը մասնակցելու (Քրեական օրենսգրքի 223-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մաս) և կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր ձեռք բերելու, իրացնելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու և կրելու (Քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մաս) համար:
