Մնացականյանը Բելառուսում խոսել է սպառազինությունների մրցավազքին նպաստող քայլերից զերծ մնալու անհրաժեշտությունից

Մինսկում Արևելյան գործընկերության (ԱլԳ) անդամ երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարների ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպմանը մասնակցող Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հունիսի 22-ին հանդիպեց Բելառուսի ԱԳ նախարար Վլադիմիր Մակեյին։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, Բելառուսի ԱԳ նախարարը, ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարին նշանակման կապակցությամբ, կարևորեց առաջին պաշտոնական շփումը և համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունները այսուհետ ևս կշարունակեն ընդլայնվել ու խորանալ գործընկերության ոգով։
Նախարարներն անդրադարձան այս տարի երկու երկրների միջև նշվող դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակին՝ բարձր գնահատելով այս ընթացքում արձանագրված ձեռքբերումները։ Զրուցակիցներն ընդգծեցին երկկողմ հարաբերություններում առկա ողջ ներուժի լիակատար կիրառման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ նախանշելով այդ ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվելիք քայլերը։
ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Մինսկում Արևելյան գործընկերության արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումը կազմակերպելու համար։ Նա շեշտեց, որ այս ձևաչափում համագործակցությունը գալիս է լրացնելու Հայաստանի ու Բելառուսի միջև ձևավորված գործընկերային հարաբերությունները, ինչպես Եվրասիական տնտեսական համագործակցության ու Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության, այնպես էլ երկկողմ ձևաչափում։
Անդրադառնալով ղարաբաղյան հիմնահարցին՝ նախարար Մնացականյանն ընդգծեց, որ խաղաղությանը նպաստող մթնոլորտն առանցքային նշանակություն ունի բանակցային գործընթացի արդյունավետության համար։ Այս առումով նա կարևորեց, որ գործընկեր երկրները ձեռնպահ պետք է մնան այնպիսի քայլերից, որոնք կարող են վտանգել այդ մթնոլորտը, նպաստել տարածաշրջանում սպառազինությունների մրցավազքին, խաթարել բանակցությունների համաձայնեցված ձևաչափի բնականոն աշխատանքը։
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան հայ-բելառուսական օրակարգում գտնվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակին, մտքեր փոխանակեցին տարածաշրջանային ու միջազգային հրատապ հարցերի շուրջ։
