Մանվել Գրիգորյանը չի օգտվել ձերբակալումից հետո մինչև կալանքի կիրառումը իր ազատության իրավունքից
SOCIETYՀամացանցում հայտնվել է Մանվել Գրիգորյանի հետ զրույցի տեսանյութը: Երկխոսությունից պարզ է դառնում, որ այն նկարահանվել է այն ժամանակ, երբ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին կալանավորելու մասին որոշումը դեռ կայացված չէր, իսկ ձերբակալման ժամկետն էլ լրացրել էր: Փաստորեն մինչ կալանավորման մասին որոշումը Մանվել Գրիգորյանը կարող էր դուրս գալ: Նա տեսանյութում պարզաբանում է, թե ինչու չի ցանկանում դուրս գալ:
«Մենք այս պահին ունենք պատվի խնդիր, ես չգիտեմ ով ինչ է ուզում ապացուցի, բայց ամենաշատն ինձ է պետք ապացուցել: Ես տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդկանց հրամանատար եմ եղել, տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդկանց հետ ճանապարհ եմ անցել, չգիտեմ՝ այսօր իմ մասին ով ինչ է մտածում: Կարևորը ես ինձ ճիշտ պահեմ, իրավունք էլ չունեմ երկրից խռովելու: Ես պիտի չխոչընդոտեմ: Իմ հարազատ ընկերներն էլ ինձ չեն հասկանում, բայց ես հավատում եմ իմ երկրին, արդարադատությանն ու իմ ընկերներին: Եթե ինչ-որ բան ճիշտ չգնա, ժամանակը բոլորի դատավորն է, կիմանանք էլի՝ ով էր, ոչ էլ ուզում եմ՝ պատմությունը կրկնվի, որևէ մեկը որևէ մեկի համար պատասխանտվություն կրի: Մի տարի, 10 տարի հետո անկախ նրանից՝ ես կամ, թե չկամ, մեկ է այդ մասին խոսվելու է»,- ասել է Մանվել Գրիգորյանը:
Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանը ձերբակալվել էր հունիսի 16-ին: 72 ժամ անց լրացել էր օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետը, երբ պետք է կամ ազատ արձակվեր, կամ կայացվեր կալանքի որոշում: Հունիսի 19-ին Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել բավարարել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի միջնորդությունը՝ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ: Նրան արդեն զրկել էին պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից: ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով՝ ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ պահելու համար, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ յուրացման եղանակով իր վստահությանը հանձնված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով ուրիշի գույք հափշտակելու համար:
