Քննչական կոմիտեն խուզարկություններ է կատարել զորամասի հրամանատարի աշխատասենյակում, ԵԿՄ Երևանի Կենտրոն համայնքի բաժանմունքում և օժանդակ կառույցներում

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի հրամանատարի կողմից շորթմամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, 2018 թվականի հունիսի 21-ին խուզարկություններ են կատարվել հրամանատարի աշխատասենյակում, Երկրապահ կամավորականների միությանը պատկանող՝ Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն համայնքի բաժանմունքում և օժանդակ կառույցներում:
Արդյունքում՝ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է երկու օդամղիչ հրացան, իսկ ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի հրամանատարի աշխատասենյակից հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է քրեական գործի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող նոթատետր և գումարի փոխանցման անդորրագիր, որոնցում առկա տեղեկությունների վերաբերյալ կատարվում են քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ:
N զորամասի հրամանատարին, կոչումով՝ փոխգնդապետ, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով (շորթմամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալը): Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը։
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Քննության արդյունքների մասին տեղեկատվություն կտրամադրենք լրացուցիչ։
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
