ԿԳՆ-ն պատրաստվում է փակել 70 դպրոցներում գործող «Պատանի երկրապահ» ակումբները, իսկ ճամբարների համար տրվող գումարներն արդեն դադարեցվել են: Այս մասին «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում նշել է ԿԳ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, ամեն տարի կառավարության պահուստային միջոցներից այդ ակումբների ու ճամբարների համար տրամադրվել է 130 մլն դրամ: նախարարի խոսքով, ի թիվս այլ ծրագրերի, սա էլ կդադարեցվի՝ հնարավորություն տալով խնայել հարյուրավոր միլիոն դրամներ:
«Տասնյակ կազմակերպություններ դրամաշնորհի տեսքով ստացել են գումարներ եւ անհասկանալի է, թե վերջնարդյունքում ԿԳՆ-ն ինչ է ուզել ստանալ: Որոշ կազմակերպությունների դեպքում, որոնց թիվը քիչ կլինի, ծրագրի շարունակականությունը կապահովվի, բայց աստիճանական առաջիկա մեկ տարվա ընթացքում կանցնենք այդ տարբերակին, որ բացառենք կոռուպցիան այստեղ: Իմ ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ այս հատկացումները շատ հստակ ուղղորդված հատկացումներ էին»,-հայտարարել է նախարարը:
Նշենք, որ ԵԿՄ-ի եւ ԿԳՆ-ի միջեւ 2014 թվականին ստորագրված հուշագրի շրջանակներում են դպրոցներում գործել «Պատանի երկրապահ» ակումբները եւ կազմակերպվել ամառային ճամբարները: Այդ ժամանակ ԵԿՄ նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը նշել էր, որ այդ ծրագրի շնորհիվ երեխաներն ավելի հայրենասեր կդառնան:
ԿԳ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հայտարարել է, որ այդ ակումբները փակելու վերաբերյալ որոշմանը իրենք հանգել էին նախքան Մանվել Գրիգորյանի շուրջ սկանդալը, քանի որ այդ ծրագիրը կոռուպցիոն ռիսկեր էր պարունակում եւ այլ նպատակների էր ծառայում:
«Դրանք ԵԿՄ-ի որոշ առաջնորդների փառաբանման դասընթացներ էին: Մենք նման փառաբանման կարիքներ չունենք: Առհասարակ, ռազմահայերանասիրությունը որոշ անձանց փառաբանմամբ չէ, որ պետք է տեղի ունենա: Հայրենասիրությունը ազատ քաղաքացի դաստիրակելն է, որոնք իրականացվում են դպրոցներում»,-ասաց նա:
Նշենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք ձեռք բերելու եւ պահելու, ինչպես նաեւ խոշոր չափի գույք հափշտակելու մեջ:
