Արմավիրի քաղաքապետը հրաժարական է տվել

Արմավիրի քաղաքապետ Ռուբեն Խլղաթյանը հրաժարական է տվել: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հունիսի 22-ին Արմավիրի քաղաքապետ Ռուբեն Խլղաթյանի լիազորությունները վաղաժամկետ դադարեցնելու մասին հարցը քննարկվել է Արմավիր քաղաքի ավագանու արտահերթ նիստում: Քաղաքապետը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Արմավիրի բոլոր բնակիչներին, գործընկերներին՝ միասին աշխատելու համար:
Ռուբեն Խլղաթյանը խնդրել է ավագանու անդամներին կողմ քվեարկել իր հրաժարականին:
«2002 թվականից ի վեր Արմավիր քաղաքի զարգացմանը նպաստող բոլոր ձեռքբերումներում ունեցած մեծ ավանդի համար, գիտակցելով անձնական պատասխանատվությունս մեր քաղաքի յուրաքանչյուր բնակչի առջև, հաշվի առնելով այն, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում իմ կողմից համայնքի ղեկավարի լիազորությունների կատարումը հղի է համայնքի հասարակական կյանքի ապակայունացմանը, հայտարարում եմ Արմավիր համայնքի ղեկավարի լիազորությունները վաղաժամկետ դադարեցնելու մասին՝ վստահաբար հայտարարելով, որ երկարամյա աշխատանքի ընթացքում գործել եմ անաչառ, արժանապատվության մեծ զգացումով ու նվիրվածությամբ»,- ասաց քաղաքապետը:
Ավելի վաղ, Արմավիրի մարզպետ Գագիկ Միրիջանյանն ընդունել էր Արմավիրի քաղաքապետ Ռուբեն Խլղաթյանին, այնուհետև Արմավիրի նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամներին:
Նրանց հետ ունեցած հանդիպման ընթացքում մարզպետը քննարկել է վերջին շրջանում Արմավիր քաղաքում ստեղծված իրավիճակը: Նա հորդորել է կողմերին ցուցաբերել փոխադարձ հարգանք և զսպվածություն, միևնույն ժամանակ չխախտել հասարակական կարգը:
Գագիկ Միրիջանյանը քաղաքապետի հետ քննարկել է նաև ներքաղաքային մի շարք հարցեր: Քննարկման արդյունքում Ռուբեն Խլղաթյանը հայտնել է մարզպետին իր սեփական դիմումի համաձայն քաղաքապետի լիազորությունները վաղաժամկետ դադարեցնելու մասին:
Խլղաթյանը Արմավիրի քաղաքապետ է ընտրվել 2004թ., հետագայում վերընտրվել է, մինչ այդ զբաղեցրել է փոխքաղաքապետի պաշտոնը:
