Տուլայում ավտոբուսի վթարի դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

 Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Տուլայի տարածաշրջանի Դոն ավտոմայրուղում դեպի Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ընթանալիս 2015թ. նոյեմբերի 3-ին՝ ժամը 03-ի սահմաններում, վթարի է ենթարկվել ՀՀ-ում հաշվառված «Կինգ Դելյուքս» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող ավտոբուսը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է 8 մարդու մահ, իսկ 35 մարդու առողջությանն անզգուշությամբ պատճառվել են տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Դեպքի հետ կապված ԶԼՄ-ների հաղորդումներով ստացված տեղեկությունների վերլուծությամբ՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունը տեղի է ունեցել նաև ճանապարհային երթևեկության և տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական վիճակի համար պատասխանատու անձանց կողմից տրանսպորտային միջոցները տեխնիկական անսարքությամբ շահագործման բաց թողնելու արդյունքում:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, դեպքի առթիվ 2015թ. նոյեմբերի 3-ին, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի որոշմամբ, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի և 245-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությանը:

Նույն օրը քրեական գործով կազմվել է քննչական խումբ, որում ընդգրկվել են ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննիչները:

Կատարվել և կատարվում են անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ: Մասնավորապես, «Կինգ Դելյուքս» ՍՊԸ-ից առգրավվել են վթարի ենթարկված ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցի վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթերը, այդ թվում՝ տեխնիկական սպասարկման և վերանորոգման վերաբերյալ, վարորդների և մյուս աշխատակիցների անձնական գործերը, աշխատանքային պայմանագրերը, էլեկտրոնային տեղեկատվությունը, հարցաքննվել են հիշյալ ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցի շահագործման և սպասարկման համար պատասխանատու անձինք: Գործի համար նշանակություն ունեցող տեղեկատվություն ստանալու նպատակով պատկան մարմիններին կատարվել են հարցումներ և պահանջվել համապատասխան փաստաթղթեր:

Հարուցված քրեական գործով կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական անհետաձգելի գործողություններ:

Մոսկվայի և Տուլայի մարզի իրավապահ մարմինների հետ աշխատանքների համակարգումը և համագործակցությունն ապահովվում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցչի կողմից:
