այաստանի կրթության և գիտության նախարարին արտոնագրման վարչությունից զեկուցել են, որ Չեխովի անվան թիվ 55 հիմնական դպրոցը չի ունեցել տարրական հանրակրթական ծրագրի լիցենզիա: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նախարարն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտնել է, որ իշխանափոխությունից հետո դպրոցի ղեկավարությունը սկսել է դիմել արտոնագիր ստանալու համար և մերժումներ է ստանում, որովհետև փաստացի այդ դպրոցը բացի այն, որ երկար տարիներ շարունակ տարրական հանրակրթական ծրագրի իրականացնելու իրավունք չի ունեցել, չունի նաև համապատասխան պայմաններ:
«Հիմնական դպրոցի՝ 5-9 դասարանները ներառյալ, լիցեզիան նախատեսված է 710 աշակերտի համար, բայց ստուգումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ դպրոցը ունի ավելի քան 900 աշակերտ, էլ չասեմ տարրականը: Ու այսպիսի իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել, որ լիցենզավորման վարչությունը մերժել է նրա լիցենզիան, ու դպրոցը կամ պետք է շտկի դա կամ խնդիրներ է ունենալու»,- ասել է նախարարը:
Նրա խոսքով` երկար տարիներ շարունակ եղել են դպրոցներ, որոնք ունեցել են դաշտում արտոնություններ: «Մարդիկ կարողացել են որոշ դեպքերում նաև առանց արտոնագրի գործել դաշտում, և երբ համապատասխան կառույցները ցանկացել են ստուգումներ իրականացնել կամ հասկանալ ինչպես են աշխատում, միանգամից զանգ է եղել համապատասխան գրասենյակներ ասել են՝ այդ դպրոցների հետ գործ չունենաք: Իշխանափոխությունից հետո համապատասխան վարչությունները, ստանալով մեր աջակցությունը, այդ հին բոլոր գործերը վերանայել են»,- նշել է նախարարը:
Հարությունյանն ընդգծել է, որ բոլոր դպրոցների համար պետք է հավասար հնարավորություններ ստեղծել, և որևէ մեկը չի կարող օրենքից վեր դասել իրեն: «Այլևս որևէ մեկի կապերը այս դաշտում չեն աշխատելու, այս դաշտում աշխատելու է բացառապես օրենքը, եւ որեւէ մեկը չի կարող իրեն դրանից վեր դասել»,- ընդգծել է նախարարը:
Նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հորդորեց նման խնդիրներ ունենալու դեպ քում դիմել նախարարություն, և իրենք այդ հարցերին տալու են լուծումներ:
