Համատիրություններն անցել են ռևանշի. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այս օրերին, երբ Հայաստանը մի տեսակ եռացող կաթսայի է նմանվել, համատիրություններն էլ իրենց լուծարվելու մասին շրջանառվող լուրերից ահաբեկված՝ որոշել են իրենց վերջին ավարը հավաքել ու նոր պատմության էջերը հարստացնել:
Խնդիրն այն է, որ շատ համատիրությունների աշխատակիցներ, ովքեր չէին կարողանում բնակիչներից գումարներ հավաքել, որ աշխատավարձ ստանան, կարող են նաև այն ապագայում ստանալու հույսն էլ կորցնել: Գուցե դա է պատճառը, որ բազմաբնակարան շենքերի բնակիչներից ոչնչի դիմաց «սպասարկման վարձավճար» կոչվող «նալոգ» հավաքողները որոշել են ձեռքի հետ էլ, իբրև թե սխալմամբ, նախկինում պարտաճանաչ վճարում կատարածներին էլ ձեռքի հետ կրկին պարտքի մասին ահազանգելով փորձել փող «կպցնել»:
«Փաստ» օրաթերթի խմբագրություն դիմած քաղաքացին ասում է, որ օրեր առաջ համատիրությունից նամակ է ստացել, որ եթե անցած մեկ տարվա սպասարկման վարձը միանվագ չվճարի, ապա իրենք դատարան կդիմեն այդ գումարի բռնագանձման պահանջով: Քաղաքացին մի քանի օր անց կատարել է վճարումը և համարել է, որ հարցը փակված է: Սակայն մեկ ամիս անց, երբ մամուլում կրկին հիշատակումներ են եղել համատիրությունների ոչ միայն օգտակար գործողության գործակիցը կորացրած համարելու, այլև դրանց անպիտանության և լուծարման անհրաժեշտության մասին, խմբագրություն դիմած քաղաքացին կրկին զանգ է ստացել նույն համատիրությունից, որտեղից իրեն տեղեկացրել են, որ մեկ տարվա պարտք ունի և պետք է շտապ վճարի:
Կնոջ կողմից, սակայն, մեկ ամիս առաջ կատարած վճարման մասին ապացույցներ ներկայացնելուց հետո, համատիրության ներկայացուցիչը մեղմացրել է տոնը և սկսել է «զադնի» տալ:
Հետո խնդրել է չվրդովվել, ստուգել է իր ձեռքի տակ եղած ցուցակները, ու «պարզել», որ վճարումն իրականում իսկապես կատարված է:
Մեզ դիմած քաղաքացուն, սակայն, ամենաշատը վրդովեցրել էր այն փաստը, որ համատիրությունները փաստորեն անցել են տեռորի ու որոշել են որքան հնարավոր է շատ գումար պոկել անտեղյակ քաղաքացիներից, բայց, բարեբախտաբար, լինում են նաև իրազեկվածները, որոնք ոչ միայն համատիրությունների անպիտանության մասին են հիշեցնում, այլ, որ այդ համակարգի կյանքն ուր որ է ավարտին կմոտենա և նրանք էլ մյուսների նման կիջնեն ժողովրդի վզից:
Այսինքն, կասկած չկա, որ այդկերպ համատիրությունների ղեկավարները որոշել են ոչ միայն իրենց աշխատակիցների չվճարված աշխատավարձերի հարցը լուծել, այլ մի երկու կոպեկ էլ հետագա մանր-մունր ծախսերի համար հետ գցել:
