Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը հարցաքննվել է: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին  «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի  հետ զրույցում ասել է Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

 

Չնայած հարցաքննության հրավիրելու մասին Պետական եկամունտների կոմիտեի հայտարարությանը` նախկին նախարարը պնդում է , որ ինքը նման ծանուցում չի ստացել:

 

«Ես իմ նախաձեռնությամբ երկուշաբթի օրը փոստից ճշտել եմ , որ նման փաստաթուղթ նամակով եղել է,  և այդ շրջնակներում ես եղել եմ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի քննչական վարչությունում:  Հաշվի առնելով նախաքննական բոլոր ընթացակարգերը՝ տվել եմ իմ պարզաբանումները»,- ասել է նախարարը:

 

Օհանյան,  նախաքննական ընթացակարգերից ելնելով,  այլ մանրամասներ չի հաղորդել, միայն ասել է, որ հարցաքննությունն առնչվում էր բանակի գործունեությանը:

 

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում 2014-2017թթ. ընթացքում գնումների և բանակաշինության ոլորտներում առկա չարաշահումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցության հիման վրա ՊՆ կապիտալ շինարարության և զորքերի բնակավորման վարչության արտադրատեխնիկական բաժնի նախկին պետ Գրիգոր Բարսեղյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել պաշտոնական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախության, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու, փաստաթուղթ կեղծելու համար, իսկ ՊՆ կապիտալ շինարարության և զորքերի բնակավորման վարչության պետ Աշոտ Գրիգորյանին` առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախության փորձի, պաշտոնական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու, պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ կեղծելու համար։ Միաժամանակ դատախազի համաձայնությամբ, ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչության կողմից որոշում է կայացվել ՊՆ կապիտալ շինարարության և զորքերի բնակավորման վարչության պետ Աշոտ Գրիգորյանի պաշտոնական լիազորությունները ժամանակավորապես դադարեցնելու մասին: Նախաքննության ընթացքում խուզարկություն է կատարվել նաև ՀՀ ՊՆ բարձրաստիճան անձանց աշխատասենյակներում, հարցաքննվել են մի քանի տասնյակ անձինք: Հարցաքննության են կանչվել ինչպես նախկին, այնպես էլ ներկայիս ՊՆ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձինք, այդ թվում նաև ՊՆ նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
