Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցները բաց նամակ են հղել ՀՀ վարչապետին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության աշխատակիցները բաց նամակ են հղել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ կապված Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի կառավարման խորհրդի ղեկավարի թեկնածության հետ: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է ծառայության աշխատակիցների բաց նամակն ամբողջությամբ.
«Սույն թվականի հունիսի 19-ին, ժամը 18-ին, ՀՀ կառավարության կայքում հրապարակվել է Ձեր որոշմամբ հաստատված՝ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի կառավարման խորհրդի կազմը: Ապա միայն սոցիալական կայքերից (ՓՄՁ համագործակցության ասոցիացիայի ֆեյսբուքյան էջից) է հայտնի դարձել, որ այսօր՝ հունիսի 20-ին, կայանալու է խորհրդի նիստը՝ տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի թեկնածության հարցը քննարկելու համար: Ըստ նույն սոցիալական ցանցի՝ ներկայացվել էր մեկ թեկնածու, որի վերաբերյալ մտահոգություն ունենալով, հասարակական կազմակերպությունները մատնանշել են այլընտրանքային թեկնածուներ առաջադրելու գաղափարը: Ծառայության երկարամյա փորձ ունեցող մասնագետը՝ Արմեն Վարդանյանը, թեև ուշացած տեղեկանալով այդ մասին, այնուամենայնիվ ողջունել է թափանցիկության և այլընտրանքի հնարավորությունը և հունիսի 20-ին՝ մինչև խորհրդի նիստի սկսվելը, խորհրդի կազմում ներկայացված հասարակական կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչների՝ Բաբկեն Պիպոյանի, Հակոբ Ավագյանի էլեկտրոնային հասցեներին ներկայացրել է իր կենսագրությունը:
Ցավոք, այսօրվա նիստում Ա. Վարդանյանի թեկնածությունը չի քննարկվել՝ առնվազն մեկ օր առաջ կենսագրականը խորհրդի անդամներին չներկայացնելու պատճառաբանությամբ: Թեև թեկնածուների ներկայացման ընթացակարգերը կանոնակարգված չեն, արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, անհասկանալի սկզբունքով ընդունվել են երեք այլ թեկնածություններ և քննարկվել: Սա հիմք է տալիս եզրակացնելու, որ մեկ օր առաջ խորհրդի կազմը հրապարակելու և հաջորդ իսկ օրը նիստ անցկացնելու իրողության պարագայում գործնականում այդ պահանջի ապահովումը իրատեսական և օբյեկտիվ չէ՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև թեկնածուների ներկայացման և նիստի անցկացման վերաբերյալ ընթացակարգի փաստացի բացակայությունը:
