ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Արթուր Խաչատրյանը հանդիպել է մարզպետարանների գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության վարչության պետերի հետ` մարզերում իրականացվող  գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների ընթացքին ծանոթանալու և առկա խնդիրները քննարկելու նպատակով։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել գարնան գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների ընթացքին, աշնանացանի նախապատրաստման գործընթացին, մարզերում գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողերի բարելավմանը, ցանքատարածությունների ավելացմանը, մթերումների արդյունավետ կազմակերպմանն ու մթերման գների կարգավորմանը, տեղական գյուղմթերքի իրացմանը և արտահանումների խթանմանը: Անասնաբուծության ոլորտում ընդգծվել է հատկապես անասնաբուժական ծառայությունների բարելավման և համայնքային անասնաբույժների ինստիտուտի ներդրման կարևորությունը:

 

Մարզպետարանների գյուղոլորտի պատասխանատուները մի շարք առաջարկներ են ներկայացրել պետական աջակցությամբ իրականացվող ինտենսիվ այգիների հիմնման, կարկտապաշտպան ցանցերի և կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգերի ներդրման ծրագրերի շուրջ: Միաժամանակ նրանք հույս են հայտնել, որ վերոնշյալ ծրագրերի բարելավումը թույլ կտա ոչ միայն թեթևացնել ներկա շահառուների վարկային բեռը, այլև ընդարձակել շահառուների շրջանակը:

 

Քննարկվել են նաև գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների սուբսիդավորման նոր մեխանիզմների ներդրմանը, ինչպես նաև ոլորտում ներգրավված անձանց բարեկեցության ապահովմանն առնչվող մի շարք այլ հարցեր:
