Ֆրանսիան եւ Գերմանիան ԵՄ երկրների հետ համագործակցության նոր ձեւաչափերի զարգացմանը կողմ են արտահայտվել: Այս մասին երկու երկրների միջկառավարական խորհրդակցություններից հետո ասվում է հայտարությունում, որը հրապարակվել է Գերմանիայի կառավարության մամուլի ծառայության կողմից: Մասնավորապես, Փարիզը եւ Բեռլինը աջակցում են ԵՄ-ի Անվտանգության Խորհրդի ստեղծմանը, հաղորդում է ՌԲԿ-ն:

 

Երկու երկրների համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ վերջին տարիներին միությունը նոր սպառնալիքների հետ է բախվում: Դրանց թվում են աճող միգրացիան, «անվտանգության, մրցունակության եւ նորարարության փոփոխվող միջավայրը, թվային հեղափոխությունը եւ եվրոգոտին ավելի կայուն դարձնելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

 

«Ֆրանսիան եւ Գերմանիան կիսում են այն համոզմունքը, որ այդ մարտահրավերների միակ համարժեք արձագանքը եվրոպական համագործակցությունն է: Ազգային մակարդակում ընդունվող չհամաձայնեցված միջոցները հանգեցնում են միայն անհաջողության եւ բաժանման», - ասվում է փաստաթղթում:

 

Նոր մարտահրավերների լույսի ներքո ԵՄ երկրները պետք է քննարկեն համագործակցության նոր ձեւաչափերը: Դրանց թվում Փարիզը եւ Բեռլինը նշել են Միության Անվտանգության խորհրդի ստեղծման մասին քննարկումները:

 

Ըստ Bloomberg-ի, ֆրանս-գերմանական բանակցությունների կարեւորագույն տարրերից մեկը եղել է Փարիզի եւ Բեռլինի համաձայնությունը ԵՄ ընդհանուր բյուջեի մշակման եւ եվրոպական կայունացման մեխանիզմի դերի ամրապնդման եւ ֆինանսական օգնության ծրագրերի մոնիթորինգի վերաբերյալ:
