Դատարանը բավարարել է Մանվել Գրիգորյանին կալանավորելու միջնորդությունը

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել բավարարել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի միջնորդությունը՝ Ազգային ժողովի պատգմավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը,

 

Մանվել Գրիգորյանը կալանքի տակ կմնա երկու ամիս:

 

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովը հունիսի 19-ին արտահերթ նիստի օրակարգում քննարկել է ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու և նրան ազատությունից զրկելու համաձայնություն տալու ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի միջնորդությունները: Փակ գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ երկու միջնորդություններին էլ խորհրդարանը տվել է իր համաձայնությունը: 

 

Հիմք ընդունելով ԱԺ կայացված որոշումները՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի կողմից նախաքննությունն իրականացնող մարմնին արդեն հանձնարարվել է Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ հարուցել քրեական հետապնդում,  ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության միասնական վարույթում քննվող 3 քրեական գործերի շրջանակներում նրան ներգրավել որպես մեղադրյալ, առաջադրել մեղադրանք, ինչպես նաև  Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու միջնորդություն ներկայացնել Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարան: 

 

Վերոնշյալ քրեական գործերով ձեռք բերված ապացույցների բավարար համակցությունը հիմք է տալիս ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրելու ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով՝ ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ պահելու համար, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ յուրացման եղանակով իր վստահությանը հանձնված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով ուրիշի գույք հափշտակելու համար:
