Բացի Մանվել Գրիգորյանից Հայաստանում կան էլի զինված խմբավորումներ, բանդաներ, որոնք տիրապետում են չափազանց մեծ քանակի զենքի եւ տարբեր դեպքերում ունենում են նաեւ ազդեցություն հանրային կյանքում, այդ թվում ընտրությունների ժամանակ: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունիսի 19-ին, ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստում հայտարարեց «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հայկ Կոնջորյանը:

«Արդյոք չե՞ք կարծում, որ հենց նույն Մանվել Գրիգորյանի մասին տեղեկության չունենալը ՀՀ իրավապահ համակարգի հանցավոր անգործության հետեւանք է»,-հարցով նա դիմեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին:

Ի պատասխան Գլխավոր դատախազը նշեց. «Հանրության մեջ որեւէ երեւույթի գաղտնիք լինել-չլինելու մասին կարող է ամենուր խոսվել, բայց իրավապահները գործառույթներ կարող են իրականացնել միայն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, այսինքն պետք է լինեն հիմքեր: Միայն տեղեկությունների համար չենք կարող իրականացնել վարույթ, որոնք կարող են խախտել մարդկանց իրավունքները:

Ցանկացած գործի վերաբերյալ մենք ուսումնասիրում ենք նաեւ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից այդ դեպքի մասին ավելի վաղ տեղեկություններ ունենալ-չունենալու, դրանով պայմանավորված իր պարտավորությունները պատշաճ կատարել-չկատարելու հանգամանքը»:

Նշենք, որ ԱԺ-ում այս պահին քննարկվում է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետախպնդում իրականացնելու եւ նրան կալանավորելու համար ԱԺ համաձայնությունն ստանալու համար գլխավոր դատախազի միջնորդությունը:
