ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստ. օրակարգում Մանվել Գրիգորյանին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու հարցն է. ՈւՂԻՂ
POLITICSԱզգային ժողովում մեկնարկել է ՀՀ կառավարության հրավիրած արտահերթ նիստը: Նիստի օրակարգում է Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու հարցը:
Մանվել Գրիգորյանին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու մասին հարցի քննարկումից հետո խորհրդարանը կքննարկի կառավարության ներկայացրած մի շարք օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններ, որոնց քննարկման համար արտահերթ նիստի հրավիրման մասին հայտնի էր դարձել ավելի վաղ, մասնավորապես «Կուտակային կենսաթոշակների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը, «Բարեգործության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը և այլն:
Մանվել Գրիգորյանը հունիսի 16-ից ձերբակալված է: ԱԱԾ-ն հայտարարություն էր տարածել, որում մանրամասներ էր հայտնում Մանվել Գրիգորյանի ձերբակալության և նրան պատկանող տարբեր շինություններից հայտնաբերված ռազմամթերքի ծավալների մասին:
Ուշագրավ է, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին պատկանող տարածքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է մեծ քանակությամբ ռազմամթերքը: Արշալույս գյուղի հանգստյան տուն 28 հասցեից խուզարկության ընթացքում առգրավվել է 18 հատ ՊԳ-7 տեսակի հակատանկային ականանետ, 20 հատ Ֆ-1 տեսակի նռնակ, 21.589 հատ տարբեր տրամաչափի փամփուշտ, տրոտիլ տեսակի պայթուցիկ նյութի 12 հատ 400-գրամանոց պայթաղյուս, 27 հատ ԿԴ տեսակի պայթուցիչ, 2 հատ գնդացրի փող և մի շարք այլ ռազմամթերք: Էջմիածին քաղաքի Ալավերդյան փողոցի տուն 46 հասցեում տեղակայված Մանվել Գրիգորյանին պատկանող առանձնատնից առգրավվել է 79 հրացան՝ գործարանային համարներով, 39 ատրճանակ՝ գործարանային համարներով, թվով 12.300 տարբեր տրամաչափի փամփուշտ: Առանձնատանը հայտնաբերվեցին նաև տասնյակ սեփականության վկայականներ: ԱԺ պատգամավորը հանգստյան տանը հայտնաբերվել էր սեփական կենդանաբանական այգի, որտեղ պահվում են վագր, արջեր, ջայլամներ, կա ձիարշավարան:
Ստացված տվյալների հիման վրա պարզ դարձավ, որ ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի մասնակից զինվորների համար նախատեսված սնունդը Մանվել Գրիգորյանն օգտագործել է սեփական կենդանաբանական այգու կենդանիներին կերակրելու նպատակով:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը դիմել էր ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելուն և նրան ազատությունից զրկելուն համաձայնություն տալու մասին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի միջնորդությունը քննարկելու օրակարգով ՀՀ կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստ գումարելու համար:
