«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ավելի քան մեկ ամիս է, ինչ Հայաստանում փոխվել է քաղաքական իրավիճակը: Տնտեսագետ Մեսրոպ Առաքել յանի հետ զրույցում փորձեցինք հասկանալ` առհասարակ ինչ գնային քաղաքականություն ունենք այսօր, գներն ինչպես են «արձագանքում» իրավիճակին:
«Առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքներ ունենք, որոնց դեպքում գները պայմանավորված չէին շուկայական իրավիճակով: Այսինքն` ունեինք ոլորտներ, որտեղ կար մոնոպոլիզացված իրավիճակ: Հիմա հիմնականում ներմուծվող ապրանքների մասով որոշակի գնանկում է նկատվում: Այսինքն`դա խոսում է այն մասին, որ հեղափոխությունից հետո կառավարության վարած քաղաքականությունը նպաստել է նաև մրցակցության որոշակի ակտիվացմանը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս գները նվազեցնել: Սակայն հնարավոր չէ ակնկալել, որ այս մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում` այս կարճ ժամանակահատվածում, գների կտրուկ նվազում կլինի: Նույնիսկ մրցակցության երաշխիքների պայմաններում շուկայում նոր մասնակիցների հայտնվելը և գների փոփոխությունն այդքան հեշտ չէ: Բայց կարծում եմ, որ առաջիկայում նախկինի պես չհիմնավորված գների բարձրացում մենք շուկայում չենք ունենա»,ասաց տնտեսագետը:
Հարցին, թե խոսքը հատկապես ո՞ր ապրանքների մասին է, որոնց դեպքում գների նվազեցում է նկատվել, տնտեսագետը պատասխանեց. «Ավելի շատ սննդամթերքի մասով է նկատվել: Օրինակ` շաքարավազի և այլ ապրանքների գծով գների որոշակի նվազում կա, իսկ մնացած մասով որոշակի ժամանակ է պետք, քանի որ շուկայում դիրքավորվելու և մրցակցության հաշվին գների նվազում ապահովելու համար մեկ ամիսը դեռ բավականին քիչ ժամանակ է»:
Իսկ թե որքա՞ն ժամանակ է պետք հստակ արդյունքներ գրանցելու համար, Մեսրոպ Առաքել յանը պատասխանեց. «Դա կախված է ոլորտներից: Տարբեր ոլորտներ տարբեր գործոնների ազդեցության տակ են: Այսինքն` ներմուծման ժամանակահատված, հետո ամբողջ վաճառքի գործընթաց և այլն: Կարծում եմ, որ, ընդհանուր առմամբ, սպառողների համար արդարացված գներ կլինեն և գերշահույթ ստանալու նպատակով անհարկի գների բարձրացում չենք ունենա: Այսօր արդեն կա ազատ մրցակցության ապահովում ու հարկային խիստ վարչարարություն, որոնց առկայության դեպքում հնարվոր է նման խնդիրներից խուսափել»:
Չնայած դրական ազդակներին, տնտեսագետը շեշտեց, որ դեռ մի խնդիր ևս կա:
«Միևնույն ժամանակ` հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի ղեկավարության փոփոխության անհրաժեշտությունը, կառույցի իրական առաքելությունը դեռ չենք տեսել: Համոզված եմ, որ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի գործառույթների ամբողջական կատարման պայմաններում ավելի մեծ արդյունքներ կունենանք» ,-եզրափակեց տնտեսագետը:
