ԵԽ պաշտոնյան բարձր է գնահատում Հայաստանում քաղաքացիական ներգրավվածության մակարդակը

Եվրախորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Դեյվիդ Մքալիսթերը տպավորված է քաղաքացիական գործընթացներում հայաստանաբնակների ներգրավվածությունից: Եվրախորհրդարանի ինը պատգամավորների պատվիրակության հայաստանյան այցի առնչությամբ Երևանում կայացած մամուլի ասուլին այս մասին հայտարարեց ԵԽ պաշտոնյան: «Մեզ տպավորել է քաղաքացիական ներգրավվածության մակարդակը Հայաստանում: Կարևոր է, որ այս անցումն իրականացավ սահմանադրականության դաշտում՝ առանց վիրավորների: Բոլոր կողմերը արժանի են մեր ճանաչմանը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Դեյվիդ Մքալիսթերը:
Խոսելով նոր կառավարության ծրագրից՝ եվրոպացի պաշտոնյան նկատեց, որ այն խոստումնալից է, քանի որ սատարում է բարեփոխումները, բայց դրա հաջողությունը կախված է կատարումից: Դեյվիդ Մքալիսթերը շեշտեց, որ իրենք սատարում են ոչ թե առանձին քաղաքական գործիչների, այլ Հայաստանի ժողովրդին:
Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում «Ընտրական օրենսգրքի» փոփոխությունների նախապատրաստմանը՝ Դեյվիդ Մքալիսթերը կարևորեց նախկինում հանդիպած ընտրական խախտումների բացառմանը և եվրոպացի իր գործընկերների անունից պատաստակամություն հայտնեց դիտորդի կարգավիճակում ներկա գտնվել արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին: «Դիտորդական առաքելությունը նախկինում՝ վերջին ընտրությունների ընթացքում, նկատել է խախտումներ՝ կապված ընտրակաշառի բաժանման ու ընտրողներին ճնշելու դեպքերի հետ, հուսով ենք, որ այն այլևս չի կրկնվի նոր ընտրությունների ժամանակ»,-ասաց ԵԽ պաշտոնյան՝ շեշտադրելով նաև ընտրացուցակների վերանայման կարևորությունը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ԱԱԾ բացահայտումներին, նա նշեց, որ խրախուսում են այն, բայց կարծում են, որ դրանք չպետք է հետապնդեն քաղաքական նկատառումներ:
ՀՀ-ԵՄ համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի հաջող իրականացումը, ըստ Դեյվիդ Մքալիսթերի, կօգնի ԵՄ-ից նոր ներդրումների ներգարվմանն ու առևտուրը կխթանմանը:
ԵԽ ինը պատգամավորների պատվիրակությունը Հայաստանում է գնահատելու Եվրամիության և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների ներկա փուլն ու բարեփոխումներին ուղղված ջանքերը: Նախատեսված են հանդիպումներ ՀՀ վարչապետի, ԱԺ նախագահի, նախարարների, պատգամավորների և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
