ԵՄ պաշտոնյան մտահոգիչ է համարում ՀՀ սահմանին և Արցախի շփման գծում ադրբեջանական ուժերի կուտակումները

Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն խորհրդարանական համագործակցության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սաջադ Քարիմը մտահոգիչ է համարում Ադրբեջանի կողմից Նախիջևանի հատվածում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ սահմանին և Արցախի հետ շփման գծում զինտեխնիկայի և մարդկային ուժի  կուտակումները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցադրմանն ի պատասխան՝ ԵՄ պաշտոնյան նշեց, որ Հայաստանում գտնվելու ընթացքում արդեն տեղեկացվել են այդ մասին և հույս հայտնեց, որ «իրավիճակը կլիցքաթափվի ու գոյություն ունեցող բանակցությունների շրջանակներում ավելի մեծ ներդումներ կարվեն կողմերից»:

«Դրանից անդին մենք դիտարկելու ենք նաև, թե ուրիշ ինչ օժանդակություն կարելի է տրամադրել այն մեխանիզմներին, որոնք տվյալ պահին առկա են: Տարբեր տիպի խստության արտահայտություններ են օգտագործվում, դրանցից մի քանի ձևակերպումներ հույս տալու առիթ են ընձեռում, այդօրինակ արտահայտություններ բավականին վաղուց չէին գործածվել»,-ասաց Սաջադ Քարիմը:

Նա հավելեց, որ կողմերին խրախուսելու են արդեն գոյություն ունեցող գործընթացներում ներդրում կատարել և գնալ վերջնական խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման:

Համաձայն ՊԲ հաղորդագրության՝ վերջին օրերին  արցախա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի տարբեր հատվածներում նկատվում են հակառակորդի զինտեխնիկայի և մարդկային ուժի ակտիվ տեղաշարժեր ու կուտակումներ: Հաղորդագրությունում ասված է, որ ՊԲ առաջապահ ստորաբաժանումները աչալրջորեն հետևում են հակառակորդի գործողություններին և ձեռնարկում իրավիճակից բխող անհրաժեշտ քայլեր:
