ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը և ՀՀԿ խորհրդարանական խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանն այս պահին գտնվում են Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում՝ տեսնելու ՀՀԿ ձերբակալված պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հայտնել է ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

 

ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ԵԿՄ նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը ձերբակալվել է հունիսի 16-ին: ԱԱԾ կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում տվյալներ էին ստացվել այն մասին, որ   Մանվել Գրիգորյանը այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել և պահում է զենք և ռազմամթերք: Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է  քրեական գործ ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Գործի շրջանակներում խուզարկություններ են իրականացվել Մանվել Գրիգորյանի տանը, ամառանոցում և նրան պատկանող այլ տարածքներում: Հայտնաբերվել է ապօրինի կերպով  պահվող մեծ թվով զենք և ռազմամթերք:

 

ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանը բերման է ենթարկվել և ձերբակալվել`  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով («Մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ հրազեն և ռազմամթերք ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք բերելը և պահելը») նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու կասկածանքով: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 96-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված կարգով, ԱԺ պատգամավորին ազատությունից զրկելու մասին անհապաղ տեղեկացվել է ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը:

 

Կատարվածի առնչությամբ հատուկ հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել ՀՀԿ ԱԺ խմբակցությունը, որը մտահոգություն է հայտնել ու ընդգծել է, թե ձերբակալումը տեղի է ունեցել պատգամավորի անձեռնմխելիության Սահմանադրական ընթացակարգերի խախտմամբ։
