Վարկաբեկման մոլուցք. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Զգացե՞լ եք, որ մեր հասարակության մեջ անձերի այլընտրանքի սուր դեֆիցիտ կա: Այսինքն, այս կամ այն բարձրաստիճան կամ ոչ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի մասին խոսելիս հաճախ ենք լսել՝ «լավ, եթե ոչ ինքը, ապա ուրիշ ո՞վ» շատ վտանգավոր ձևակերպումը: Կամ եթե նույնիսկ տարբերակներ են հնչել, անմիջապես հակազդեցություն է առաջացել մեծ մասի մոտ: Անխտիր գրեթե բոլորի հանդեպ: Խոսքը նույնիսկ անփոխարինելիության մասին չէ, այդպիսիք չկան: Այսինքն կան, բայց միայն վկաները, այն էլ՝ որոշ դեպքերում, այն էլ՝ միայն դատարանում: Խոսքն այս դեպքում հասարակական ընկալման մեջ այլընտրանքի բացակայության կամ մերժման մասին է: Ինչո՞ւ է այդպես: Կարծում ենք՝ դրա համար մի քանի պատճառներ կան: Առաջինն, անշուշտ, նախորդ բոլոր իշխանությունների կողմից հավանական փոխարինողների գոյության բացառմանն ուղղված հետևողական քայլերն էին, նոր, թարմ դեմքերի ձևավորման գործընթացները առավելագույնս խոչընդոտելը: Այդ թվում՝ երկրորդ պատճառի միջոցով: Իսկ երկրորդը վերաբերում է տոտալ վարկաբեկմանը: Դրանով ամենայն պրոֆեսիոնալությամբ զբաղվել են նախկին երեք նախագահները իրենց թիմերով, դրանով զբաղվել են բոլոր ընդդիմադիրները և ընդհանրապես հասարակությունը: Արդյունքն ակնհայտ է: Այսօր դժվար է Հայաստանում գտնել փոքրիշատե հայտնի որևէ դեմք, որը ինչ-որ կերպ վարկաբեկված չլինի: Ընդ որում, խոսքը միայն քաղաքականության մասին չէ, այլև արվեստի, մշակույթի և այլն: Շատ մասնակի բացառություններ գուցե կան, բայց նրանց ուղղությամբ էլ քիչ չենք քարեր շպրտել: Այսօր էլ ընթանում է նոր իշխանությունների վարկաբեկման գործընթացը, իշխանություններ, որոնք գոնե ժողովրդի գերակշիռ մասի վստահությունն ու, որքան էլ մեր իրականության համար տարօրինակ չհնչի, նաև սերն են վայելում: Մենք չենք խոսում առողջ քննադատության մասին, եթե դրանք օգտակար լինելու միտումով են անում: Այլ՝ բառացիորեն, նպատակային վարկաբեկման մասին: Թեպետ, հանուն արդարության պետք է ասել, որ նորերի կողմնակիցներն էլ հաճախ նպաստում են նման քայլերի արդյունավետությանը՝ առաջին հերթին հիվանդագին արձագանքելով ամեն մի թեթև կսմթոցի, չտարբերակելով հանունն ու ընդդեմը:
Տոտալ վարկաբեկման այս գործընթացը ոչ մի լավ բանի չի հանգեցրել ու չի հանգեցնելու: Դա բերում է հասարակության անվստահության, հիասթափության՝ իրենց բոլոր ծանր հետևանքներով: Այդպիսի «ճոխության» տեղ էլ չունենք:
