Երևանի Կոնստանտին Ստանիսլավսկու անվան ռուսական թատրոնն առաջիկայում կունենա նոր գեղարվեստական ղեկավար: Թեժ պայքարն ընթանում է դերասան, ՀՀ վաստակավոր արտիստ Ռոբերտ Հակոբյանի և բեմադրիչ Նորա Գրիգորյանի միջև: Ինչպես հայտնի է, վերջինս թատրոնի երկարամյա գեղարվեստական ղեկավար, ՀՀ ժողովրդական արտիստ երջանկահիշատակ Ալեքսանդր Գրիգորյանի դուստրն է: Ռոբերտ Հակոբյանը բազմիցս նշել է, որ պայքարելու է այդ պաշտոնի համար, քանի որ մյուս հավակնորդը Նորա Գրիգորյանն է: Իր վերջին ասուլիսում դերասանը հայտարարեց` թատրոնի 80 տոկոսը չի ցանկանում, որ Նորա Գրիգորյանը լինի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար: «Փաստ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում Նորա Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ թատրոնի անձնակազմը չի աջակցում Ռոբերտ Հակոբյանին: «Դերասանների հետ այդ թեմայով գրեթե չենք խոսել, բայց ես գիտեմ, որ նրանք շատ լարված են, քանի որ Ռոբերտը թատրոնի ներքին խոհանոցը դուրս է հանել: Նա շատ տգեղ է արտահայտվել իր երբեմնի ղեկավարի` Ալեքսանդր Գրիգորյանի մասին: Դա շատ զայրացրեց մեր աշխատակազմին»,– նշեց բեմադրիչը: Ռոբերտ Հակոբյանն իր ասուլիսում նաև հայտարարել էր, որ Նորա Գրիգորյանը հաստատ կդառնար գեղարվեստական ղեկավար, եթե հեղափոխություն չլիներ, որովհետև թատրոնում բաց տեքստով ասվել էր, թե այդ հարցը լուծում է Սերժ Սարգսյանի տիկինը: Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով` նման հայտարարությունը ծիծաղելի է: Նա պահանջում է ապացույցներ: «Ինչո՞ւ շուտ չնշանակվեցի, եթե Ռիտա Սարգսյանի աջակցությունն ունեի»,– հակադարձում է բեմադրիչը: Այն մեղադրանքներին, թե Ալեքսանդր Գրիգորյանի ղեկավարման տարիներին ինքն ունեցել է թատրոնում առավելություն, Ն. Գրիգորյանը պատասխանեց. «Ցավոք, բայց դուք իմ հորը և նրա կառավարման ձևը չգիտեք: Նա ուներ 6 երեխա: Բոլորն էլ փորձել են անցնել թատերական ճանապարհով: Հայրս, տեսնելով, որ դա նրանցը չէ, արգելել է մոտենալ թատրոնին: Ես չեմ ուզում սեփական գովքն անել, ես ուզում եմ, որ մարդիկ աշխատանքով դատեն: Հակոբյանը միշտ ասում է, թե ինչ վատն են իմ ներկայացումները: Պարտադիր չէ, որ գեղարվեստական ղեկավարը հանճարեղ ռեժիսոր լինի: Ես ունեմ իմ ծրագրերը, մարդիկ աջակցում են դրանց: Բոլորը գիտեն, որ Ռոբերտ Հակոբյանը միայն մեկ դերով դարձավ վաստակավոր արտիստ: Պետք է շնորհակալ լինել: Նրա հաջողություններում մեծ է Ալեքսանդր Սամսոնովիչի ավանդը: Մեծ սխալ է նստել և վերլուծել, թե ինչպես է 52 տարի թատրոնը ղեկավարել աշխարհում ճանաչված ռեժիսորը: Տգեղ է կոլեգաներին վատաբանել և դրանով փորձել ինչ– որ բանի հասնել»: 

Նորա Գրիգորյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ մշակույթի նախարարությունում քաջատեղյակ են, թե ինչ է կատարվում: Ըստ բեմադրիչի` առաջիկա օրերին կկատարվի ընտրություն: «Ամեն ինչ պետք է լինի դեմոկրատական: Ինչքան էլ ես հիմա ինձ ճղեմ, գոռամ, թե ինչ լավն եմ, դրանից ոչինչ չի փոխվի»,– եզրափակեց Նորա Գրիգորյանը:
