Ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը հունիսի 15-ին աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել ոստիկանության կադրերի վարչության ու ենթակա ստորաբաժանումների անձնակազմի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչությունից:
Անդրադառնալով ծառայության գործունեության հիմնախնդիրներին և առաջնահերթություններին` Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն ընդգծել է կոռուպցիոն ցանկացած դրսևորման բացառման հրամայականը` նկատելով, որ կադրերի անաչառ ու պրոֆեսիոնալ ընտրությամբ է պայմանավորված թե համակարգի արդյունավետության աստիճանը, թե բարոյահոգեբանական մթնոլորտը:
Ոստիկանության պետը կարևորել է հատկապես նոր ծառայության անցնողների հանդեպ սրտացավ և օբյեկտիվ վերաբերմունքը, քանի որ հաճախ առաջին տպավորությամբ է պայմանավորված ոստիկանի հետագա ողջ աշխատանքային կենսագրությունը:
Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը նշել է նաև կադրերի ներհամակարգային տեղաշարժի կանոնակարգման անհրաժեշտությունը` պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարելով ունենալ կադրային ռեզերվի անձնական քարտարաններ, ինչը թույլ կտա հստակ տեսնել առկա պատկերը և առավելագույն արդյունավետությամբ իրականացնել նոր նշանակումները:
Ոստիկանության պետը կարևորել է նաև աշխատանքային ու կատարողական կարգապահության ամրապնդման անհրաժեշտությունը, ինչի համար հիմք կդառնան գործնական պարապմունքներն իսկապես գործնական և առարկայական դարձնելուն ուղղված քայլերը, քանի որ իր պարտականություններին լիարժեք տիրպետող ոստիկանության ծառայողը միայն կարող է ողջ ծավալով կատարել պարտականությունները և և հասնել անհրաժեշտ արդյունքների:
