ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը տարածել է հաղորդագրություն՝ խնդրելով 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ին և 2-ին տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի վերաբերյալ արժեքավոր տեղեկատվություն ունեցող քաղաքացիներին դիմել ՀՔԾ: Ներկայացնում ենք հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ.

«Կարևորելով հանրության աջակցությունն ու ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը Երևան քաղաքում 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ին և 2-ին տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի բոլոր հանգամանքների, այդ թվում` 10 անձանց սպանությունների ամբողջական բացահայտման գործում` խնդրում ենք ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին նշված դեպքերի վերաբերյալ որևէ արժեքավոր տեղեկատվություն, այդ թվում` տեսանյութեր, լուսանկարներ, փաստաթղթեր ունենալու դեպքում դիմել ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն հետևյալ հասցեով` ք. Երևան, Վ.Վաղարշյան 13ա, հեռ.` (+374)11 900 064:

Միաժամանակ հայտնում ենք, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 98-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված կարգով պաշտպանության միջոցներ կկիրառվեն բոլոր այն անձանց նկատմամբ, ովքեր վերը նշված դեպքերի կապակցությամբ կարող են հայտնել հանցագործությունները բացահայտելու և դրանք կատարողներին հայտնաբերելու վերաբերյալ նշանակություն ունեցող տվյալներ: Մասնավորապես, միջոցներ կձեռնարկվեն քրեական դատավարությանը մասնակցող  անձանց ինքնությունը հաստատող տվյալների պաշտպանության, նրանց վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունների սահմանափակման, ինչպես նաև իրավապահ մարմինների հետ համագործակցության միջոցով վերջիններիս անվտանգության ապահովման ուղղությամբ»:
