Քննչական կոմիտեն լրագրողի գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու դեպքի ականատեսներին խնդրում է ներկայանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով շարունակվում են ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ պարզելու Ավան վարչական շրջանի տարածքում 2018թ. ապրիլի 21-ին «Սիվիլնեթ»-ի լրագրողի գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2018թ. ապրիլի 21-ին «Սիվիլնեթ» ինտերնետային հեռուստաընկերության լրագրող Ա.Գրիգորյանն իր մասնագիտական գործունեությունն է կատարել Ավան վարչական շրջանի Բաբաջանյան փողոցում եւ «Iphone 6s» տեսակի բջջային հեռախոսով իրականացրել նկարահանում, որի ժամանակ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը հափշտակել է լրագրողի նշված հեռախոսը և դիմել փախուստի՝ խոչընդոտելով լրագրողի մասնագիտական գործունեությանը:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում քննության առարկա են դարձվել նշված դեպքերի վերաբերյալ առկա տեսագրությունները, ենթարկվել զննության:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ լրագրողի գործունեությանը խոչընդոտած անձին, ականատես վկաներին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարություններ տվել ոստիկանությանը։ Տեսանյութերի զննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ լրագրողի նկատմամբ կիրառված ոտնձգությանը հնարավոր է ականատես են եղել լուսանկարներում պատկերված կանայք։
Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով կոմիտեն խնդրում է լուսանկարներում պատկերված կանանց ներկայանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին և ցուցմունք տալ դեպքի վերաբերյալ իրենց հայտնի հանգամանքների մասին։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
