Բելառուսը շարունակում է քայքայել
Regnum.ru–ն «Բելառուսը շարունակում է քայքայել ՀԱՊԿ–ը. Ադրբեջանը ստացավ «Պոլոնեզ» հրթիռային համակարգեր» հոդվածում գրում է, որ վաղուց պտտվող լուրերը, թե Ադրբեջանը գնելու է Բելառուսական «Պոլոնեզ » հրթիռային համակարգեր, հաստատվեցին: Ըստ լրատվամիջոցի, Ադրբեջանի և Բելառուսի ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը հին պատմություն ունի. 153 հատ Т–72 տանկ, 9 հատ «Պիոն» ինքնագնաց հրետանային համակարգ, 30 հատ D–30 հաուբից, 11 հատ SY–25 գրոհային ինքնաթիռ, 2 դիվիզիոն «BYK–MB», հակատանկային կոմպլեքսներ «SKIF» և այլն. «Անհնար է փորձել հասնել Բաքվին նոր զինատեսակների ձեռք բերման հարցում: Սակայն Բաքվում ևս չպետք է մոռանան, որ հայկական քաղաքներին հարվածելու դեպքում կլինի նույն պատասխանը: Իրականում այս վերջին գնումը անհասկանալի է: Մինսկում լավ հասկանում են, որ այս զինատեսակը ռազմական կոնֆլիկտի դեպքում հանդիսանում է ՀԱՊԿ իր դաշնակցի բնակչության զանգվածային ոչնչացման զենք: Այլ հարթությունից նայելիս երևում է, որ Մոսկվայի համար շատ դժվար է պահանջել Մինսկից այն, ինչը ինքն արել է տարիներ շարունակ՝ Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելով: Պրակտիկորեն դժվար է ՀԱՊԿ–ը հիմա համարել ռազմական դաշինք: Փաստաթղթերով ՀԱՊԿ–ը հանդիսանում է կառույց, որը առաջարկում է առևտուր ՌԴ–ի հետ պարզեցված և զեղչային պայմաններով: Հենց դա էլ պահպանում է ՀԱՊԿ–ը լրիվ քայքայումից, սակայն հաշվի առնելով ներկա իրավիճակը՝ պետք է սպասել նաև այլ զարգացումների»:
ԲՀԿ–ն նոր բարձունքներ է նվաճում
Kavkaz–uzel.eu–ն «Իշխանափոխությունը Հայաստանում սրել է քաղաքական պայքարը ռեգիոններում» հոդվածում նշում է, որ «վերջին օրերին Հայաստանի մի շարք համայնքներում կայացած տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունները ցույց տվին, որ համայնքների ղեկավարները փորձում են տարանջատվել ՀՀԿ–ից: ԲՀԿ–ն այդ ֆոնին փորձում է նոր բարձունքներ գրավել, իսկ վարչապետ Փաշինյանի ՔՊ–ն համայնքներում չունի ներկայացուցիչներ և ոչինչ չի կարողանում անել: Կադրային սովի և համազգային պրոբլեմների պայմաններում Ն. Փաշինյանի կուսակցությունը անհրաժեշտություն չի տեսնում էներգիա ծախսել տեղական ընտրություններում, մանավանդ, որ անկուսակցական բոլոր թեկնածուները պատրաստ են ներկայացնել ՔՊ–ի հայացքները»:
